Only 10 minutes from the jemaa el fna square!
-Nice staff -Cheap price -Location -supermarket down stairs -Lobby with plasma TV and nice - Visitors from many nationalities which make a nice Ambiance at the salon.
small pool Buffet was poor similar to cantine food with no nutritional values too much bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, fats and not enough vegetables and fruits. dilapidated rooms wih broken door handles and old fournitures.
Air con didn't work
The staff were very kind and helpful. The ourika valley tour we booked with them was great. The facilities are great. The man at the reception provided excellent customer service. We felt great care from the staffs.
There were bedbugs in our room and we had to relocate at 3am in the morning. It ruined our sleep and we warent happy
Bed broke and bathroom bit tatty
They completely cheat you with fake photos. Bcs the same group has six different hotels in different quality levels in marakech. The photos available here are for their 4 stars hotel, not this one. They didn't even have wi-fi service available in the rooms. Don't recommend at all.
Food average to poor
The bed was good.
No decaff coffee, staff....not that helpfull. Upon arrival I was warned by another guest about being shown around the city and then they asked and demanded money. Beware!
Good value. Excellent location (anyone complaining about the distance to the square has clearly missed the fact that the experience of Marrakech is the MEDINA, not just the square). Somewhat dated rooms but good enough. Great view from rooms facing the street. Free wifi in lobby.
No wifi in rooms. Somewhat dated bathrooms. Basic breakfast. Small pool.
Shower only was good during my stay
It was the worst experience I've ever experience in a hotel ever " poor stuff " poor management " they aren't providing what they publish on booking.com
The rooms are spacious if rather utilitarian. They provided free parking in the underground garage.
My late arrival was met with an extremely frosty greeting and they couldn't find my booking or the fax from booking.com It took quite a bit of wrangling to get given a room. Not what I wanted with a 1am check in.
Cousins with moroccan nationality are not allowed to stay at the hotel in one (twin)room as family. This should be included in their terms/conditions.
Good wifi in reception. Really good breakfast! Clean and fresh. The rooms are modern and clean. Have everything you need! Recommend it.
close to the medina, parking garage under the hotel, close to the supermarket, clean rooms.
heavily trafficked - even at night, unfriendly reception staff, poor breakfast
Good parking and very good location right outside the medina and near a supermarket.
The hotel is old and is in bad conditions.
If you're driving through Marrakech it's a decent option, it's easy to find, just outside the Medina and close to the new town if you have any business there. It's just where the road to Casablanca and the one to Fez intersect, ideal if Marrakech is just an interim stop on a road trip. Has Wi-Fi in the lobby. Inexpensive.
Dirty bathroom, dirty bed, AC in the room was antique and worked poorly, breakfast was very basic and not particularly tasty.
