The location was nice !
The amenities were poor and the breakfast was garbage given the price that was paid for it.
I only stayed for 18 hours due to transit issues. One of the employees kindly helped me get a cab at 4am. The room is very basic.
Some of the staff were a little unfriendly.
The location was perfect for what I wanted, arriving by bus, shopping and getting a taxi to airport. Room was newly decorated.
Room had very shabby furniture, tv that not work, only one power point in whole room. Wifi didnt work in room. Bed looked uninviting, just two sheets and pillow looked like a prison bed. In the morning door wouldnt unlocked, I was stuck banging on door for an hour and a half until I managed to spring the lock. The telephone to call reception wouldnt work. I missed breakfast, I complained to man bbehind recetion and he told me I should have called, I told him phone didnt work he just shrugged, andtold me if I hurried I could make it the breakfast, I found 10.30 too late. I found beverages very expenses, and I think the price was high for what I got. I have stayed in this hotel many times and its always been just okay but this last experience ruined the end of my holiday.
Reception staff is good, "Soliman and Adnan" in particular. Excellent location at the city center with good access to any way in Marrakech. Valuable Money, too close to old Marrakech town. "Jamme Elfanna" the most interest place is not far, its walking distance. Staff trying to do something good, but the hotel facilities don't give their a chance to do more.
1- Very very bad internet access, no internet at the rooms, also at the reception, its too weak, too bad. 2- TV Satellite channels, are too poor, it just 5 channels !!. 3- Hot water at the bath is not warn enough, no solve for that, even you asked them to do that. 4- Breakfast is enough, but with no varieties, every day is exactly the same.
Nothing not happy about my stay
Everything was bad so dirty the guy at the reception he lied to me about the price I paid more than I have to didn't want to give me the receapt so I will not discover the grand total
Only 10 minutes from the jemaa el fna square!
-Nice staff -Cheap price -Location -supermarket down stairs -Lobby with plasma TV and nice - Visitors from many nationalities which make a nice Ambiance at the salon.
small pool Buffet was poor similar to cantine food with no nutritional values too much bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, fats and not enough vegetables and fruits. dilapidated rooms wih broken door handles and old fournitures.
Air con didn't work
The staff were very kind and helpful. The ourika valley tour we booked with them was great. The facilities are great. The man at the reception provided excellent customer service. We felt great care from the staffs.
There were bedbugs in our room and we had to relocate at 3am in the morning. It ruined our sleep and we warent happy
Bed broke and bathroom bit tatty
They completely cheat you with fake photos. Bcs the same group has six different hotels in different quality levels in marakech. The photos available here are for their 4 stars hotel, not this one. They didn't even have wi-fi service available in the rooms. Don't recommend at all.
Food average to poor
The bed was good.
No decaff coffee, staff....not that helpfull. Upon arrival I was warned by another guest about being shown around the city and then they asked and demanded money. Beware!
Good value. Excellent location (anyone complaining about the distance to the square has clearly missed the fact that the experience of Marrakech is the MEDINA, not just the square). Somewhat dated rooms but good enough. Great view from rooms facing the street. Free wifi in lobby.
No wifi in rooms. Somewhat dated bathrooms. Basic breakfast. Small pool.
Shower only was good during my stay
It was the worst experience I've ever experience in a hotel ever " poor stuff " poor management " they aren't providing what they publish on booking.com
The rooms are spacious if rather utilitarian. They provided free parking in the underground garage.
My late arrival was met with an extremely frosty greeting and they couldn't find my booking or the fax from booking.com It took quite a bit of wrangling to get given a room. Not what I wanted with a 1am check in.
Cousins with moroccan nationality are not allowed to stay at the hotel in one (twin)room as family. This should be included in their terms/conditions.
Good wifi in reception. Really good breakfast! Clean and fresh. The rooms are modern and clean. Have everything you need! Recommend it.
close to the medina, parking garage under the hotel, close to the supermarket, clean rooms.
heavily trafficked - even at night, unfriendly reception staff, poor breakfast
