Rooms are spacious
Poor service. staff is rude. Tasteless decoration and design.
الإنجليزية Reception staff is not good and payment before receiving room, despite the offer of payment when you leave the hotel. Price Room expensive than the offer before booking. Change currency from the euro to a high exchange rate for the dirham price.
Sorry I didn't like anything.
Everything was clouded. The stuff was v rude. I was choked they fight Infront of us. The room was in a v bad condition, no watter, no tawares, no watter. A sound beep beep coming all night from the coffer. I never slept. Is the wast experience in my life with hotels. V bad spa and rude staff. Pls pls don't recomend this hotel to no one. It doasen't deserve 5* at all this is a big lie. Thanks.
Dirty room, dirt blanket, some of the blanket smelled of urine, poor state of hygiene, Bookin.com should never advertise this hotel as 5*
Lovely cafe across the road. Serving food all day!
Too far to walk to square.
As a non drinker, the fact that the hotel does not serve alcohol and proximity to train and coach services
Poor service, poor quality food and staff who couldn't care about that anyway
The staff from the reception The property and the rooms are pretty decent and clean Large rooms Clean bathrooms
No wi-fi connection in the rooms Decent breakfast: they need more staff to cover the high demand
Nice size rooms Clean Good location
Staff were so slow, had to wait 45 minutes to check-in and was told there was no room, even though it was fully paid for in advance. Only when I made a fuss they found me a room. Everything seemed disorganized from running out of plates and cutlery at breakfast, to the seriously slow reception staff, to taking 20 mins to sign for a purchase of a bottle of water. If you go take a book!
Rooms require uplifting and amenities are basics for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was very limited in choices. The pillows were small and stiff.
Spacious, Clean and affordable
Pool and pool area were excellent (pool attendant Hicham was superb). Gardens well kept and cleaning staff good.
Food was awful and recycled from previous night's dinner. Hotel in my opinion not 5 star - more 3 star. Had to change rooms as door locking mechanism failed. Hotel very tired looking apart from main reception area. Reception staff were unhelpful and reactive as opposed to preactive. Left me sitting for 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to show. Spa closed on Monday without any prior warning. No info in rooms and safe not working and maintenance clearly needed in rooms and communal areas.
The people at the reception - including what I believe was the Hotel Manager - were completely indifferent to my needs. The door of my room didn't properly close, so a maintenance guy came "to fix it" with a screwdriver.
Very dirty place, carpet is full of fungus & dust, bed bugs on beds. The walls are in dirty shape on the alleyway. Shower hose are dirty, towels too old. Noise from disco too loud. Very bad experience.
Regular to the Menara, excellent welcome again by Hassan in the reception and a relaxing stay.
Since the departure of Mr Benjerba the GM, there was no presence of management in the floor taking to guests, and luck of training from the breakfast staff,( Minors issues ) but will defently go back...
Not suitable for Honymoon
- Two big couple beds in the room. - Room very big
- Technical problems with TV, safer and mini refrigerator. Although I claimed twice they didn't fix it and we have to use suitcases as safer and we couldn't watch TV during 5 days.
quite convenient for the airport
Safe didn't work in the room. Bath plug didn't work. Was itching all night in bed! Really noisy, over busy street. Was forced to use the hotel's expensive exchange rate to pay. Breakfast was nothing special.
It was very comfortable for me as I was attending a Travel Fare in Palas des Congres that is just next door.
It was common that the key was not working, so I had to come down to reception every time to ask them to give me a new key.
