Score from 235 reviews Good
Good bed, tube in bathroom, very close restaurant, quite big tv screen but no HD channels.
We asked for quiet room but it was noisy from both main street and neighbours. Customers were easily heard as behind the tent walls. safe box available but not working, no internet. Not possible to pay by card for the dinner - cash only. Swimming pool closed at evening.
Large room with excellent balcony view. Helpfull staff. Excelled location.
Allergy sufferers, Stay away! Bathroom has lot of Mold and dust in room, I couldn't sleep, I asked for a new room, front desk stuff was nice to move me, unfortunately no improvement - I had to leave windows open all night to let fresh air get mixed with mold smell and dust - Bed box spring was very dirty with lots of human stains... ?? breakfast was basic, plenty of assorted breads, butter, marmalade, cheese, eggs, can juice, and corn cereal .. this hotel needs remodeling very badly and does not deserve 4****, 2 or 3*** sould be plenty, for sure I won't come back.
Pool, location handy to station, comfortable rooms
Hallway carpets are shocking, place looking a bit tired and dated
the pool area was quiet, the rooms where clean and quiet towards the outside...(thin walls though towards the neighbour)
the breakfast was desastres. Marrakech is full of cafe's where you can have better and cheap breakfast...don't stay in the Hotel for that
Pool, rooms, location
bed so comfy
hotel soap and shampoo ver poor quality .
Hotel is nice, staff is good only down side is breakfast.
Breakfast varieties not enough, same thing everyday and for me its not worth paying £8pp add little more money and one can have their chosen items in breakfast. Or if you only tea/coffe drinker can save money.
the dinner and breakfast are good.
the room furniture should be renewed the beds are small.
Price/quality/location Very good relation. ALthough breakfast is not the best and has no fruit, it is ok for the price. personel in the cafeteria, cleaning, swimming pool and doormens always nice and helpfull. Has a secure parking lot
the personel at the reception is extremely rude. No point on trying to talk or ask for information.I think it was Ramina (or a similiar name) that gave wrong information, mistakes with the final bill, did not answer the questiosn asked, not even to when we said thank you of good morning. The pool has only about 20 beds for the entire hotel, for somenone who wnats to rest and relax it will be hard since the on going music is a bit annoying.
Nice rooms with space and good views. Location is very good: close to the airport, train stations, plenty of Taxis 24/7
Weak or no Wifi (I used my personal Hotspot)
Swimming pool, very clean rooms, convenient location next to train station and not far from airport (10 minutes by taxi). Helpful staff.
Bad noise isolation, one can hear almost everything from street, corridors and other rooms
Next to the train station.
Everything old No parking entry Small pool and not clean Too much noise
The location was convenient to go to the shops. Some of the staff was friendly.
The breakfast was awful, the food was repeating itself everyday and it was cheap and tasteless. Sometimes the vegetables and fruits were not fresh.
The furniture and TV are old
Very close to the train and bus station
Very loud, no wifi in the rooms, wifi in public areas did not work properly. Rather a two star category hotel in european standards.
The structure is near to the airport and is a nice bang for the buck, just remember not to pay more than 100 dirham of taxi to get here as it's nearer than the centre.
The staff is not very friendly and you have to pay for the breakfast.
I liked the location
I didn't like the room
silly but a nice flat screen TV would be a good idea.but really not picking.great hotel.
nothing all ok
WITH RESERVATION, we got there but were told that for "technical problems" the room was not available and redirected to an hotel of lower rate nearby. No apologies, no refund, no freebies, no nothing. Then the day after we moved to the hotel we originally booked. Not a great ethic of business I would say...
Price. We got this reservation for half the price, thanks to booking.com. For this price (around 40 eur) hotel is ok, if we were asked the full price (around 80, I guess) - it would be a ripoff. Room was OK, nothing fancy... minibar was empty, thou.
Even it was +32 outside (November), pool was freezing and even if I'm from north Europe and used to chilly water, that pool was way too cold for me to even get it, most likely because there is no water heating. Pool was the one and only reason why we chose this hotel, and it was was unusable.. Just like others wrote, background music at pool is just one idiotic CD going on loop whole day long for months. At first its kinda fun to hear christmas songs in the beginning of November, but it gets annoying very soon .. and there is no way to turn it off or at least lower the volume. And yea, they are asking 80 MAD for the breakfast. Thats definately a ripoff, considering that breakfast is extremely poor and normaly breakfast costs 30 MAD at max for truly excellent food, fresh juice + coffe... or about 20 MAD for regular breakfast anywhere around the city. Fresh organge juice in Marrakech medina is 4 MAD, standart price. If you have a chance to get the room without breakfast - I highly recommend to do so.
Close to railway and 20 minute walk to Medina
No hotel information and noisy machine vibrating on roof
Location and Psychological comfort,Staff were utmost gentleness
wifi is very bad at 4 flour, poor carpet and old TV
