The staff, breakfast and no wifi in the rooms!
every thing not nice
Underground parking access was difficult; we had to walk up several flights of stairs from the garage because they don't permit the lift to access the garage unless you park and then walk up the stairs, go to reception and get a staff member to accompany you back down to the garage; reception staff cold and suspicious; NB if you are a light sleeper you may find the front rooms have too much traffic noise
if choosing a hotel as opposed to a riad then this give you value for money considering other hotel options; very clean rooms; deserves its 4 star rating (unlike some other hotels we stayed at in Marrakech)
Patchy wi-fi, staff ok but not especially helpful.
Neutral decor, comfortable bed, good bath.
nothing special but spend a night here between airport and atlas mountains. good location with parking was all what we needed. Comfortable and good value for money
Pillows. Lack of carpets in the room. The parking garage, don't even try if you have an suv or a big sedan (unless you hate your car)
Location: walking distance from the train station and most attractions in downtown Marrakech. You still need to drive to historic sites ofcourse.
The hotel had a stale smell in corridors the electrics were dodgy to say the least as the receptionist got a shock and burnt her finger whilst plugging her phone in!! The pool was not the cleanest and breakfast was basic would definitely pay the extra to go all inclusive next time but not to this hotel
The wifi was good in various areas the bed was clean and comfortable.
Nothing really - I got great value for money
Great location - living in the Medina gets tiresome after a few days. Staff were nice. It's very reasonably priced if you're on a budget.
No Wi Fi in room
Comfortable , bright, good sized room.
Wifi didn't work inside the room.
Comfortable beds. Spacious room.
Dinner was a bit overpriced, decor was in need of some repair.
Good staff, not too expensive, food not bad.
WiFi limited to the lobby.
Fairly small 4* hotel. No alcohol served-suits me. Easy to locate and within walking distance of most attractions.
needed a taxi to get back and forth from the square, sometimes it was a hassle.
the room was clean with plenty of towels. Felt like I was in the States. older hotel, but worth the money. breakfast was the best we had on our 12 days in Morocco and Spain
We asked for quiet room but it was noisy from both main street and neighbours. Customers were easily heard as behind the tent walls. safe box available but not working, no internet. Not possible to pay by card for the dinner - cash only. Swimming pool closed at evening.
Good bed, tube in bathroom, very close restaurant, quite big tv screen but no HD channels.
Large room with excellent balcony view. Helpfull staff. Excelled location.
Allergy sufferers, Stay away! Bathroom has lot of Mold and dust in room, I couldn't sleep, I asked for a new room, front desk stuff was nice to move me, unfortunately no improvement - I had to leave windows open all night to let fresh air get mixed with mold smell and dust - Bed box spring was very dirty with lots of human stains... ?? breakfast was basic, plenty of assorted breads, butter, marmalade, cheese, eggs, can juice, and corn cereal .. this hotel needs remodeling very badly and does not deserve 4****, 2 or 3*** sould be plenty, for sure I won't come back.
Hallway carpets are shocking, place looking a bit tired and dated
Pool, location handy to station, comfortable rooms
the breakfast was desastres. Marrakech is full of cafe's where you can have better and cheap breakfast...don't stay in the Hotel for that
the pool area was quiet, the rooms where clean and quiet towards the outside...(thin walls though towards the neighbour)
Pool, rooms, location
hotel soap and shampoo ver poor quality .
bed so comfy
Breakfast varieties not enough, same thing everyday and for me its not worth paying £8pp add little more money and one can have their chosen items in breakfast. Or if you only tea/coffe drinker can save money.
Hotel is nice, staff is good only down side is breakfast.
the room furniture should be renewed the beds are small.
the dinner and breakfast are good.
the personel at the reception is extremely rude. No point on trying to talk or ask for information.I think it was Ramina (or a similiar name) that gave wrong information, mistakes with the final bill, did not answer the questiosn asked, not even to when we said thank you of good morning. The pool has only about 20 beds for the entire hotel, for somenone who wnats to rest and relax it will be hard since the on going music is a bit annoying.
Price/quality/location Very good relation. ALthough breakfast is not the best and has no fruit, it is ok for the price. personel in the cafeteria, cleaning, swimming pool and doormens always nice and helpfull. Has a secure parking lot
