Wonderful staff, big rooms and quiet

Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was free :)

i had a good view to the atlas mountains and the room service was fair

the choice of breakfast cereal thd the fact that you cant have a full english there i understand that sausages would be a problem.

The room was very spacious, well lighted, king size comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, well English spoken. Breakfast was European typical: plenty and tasty. Hammam services were not excellent but ok for the price. It's easy to catch a taxi outside to go both to Medina or the airport. It was good value for the money for us traveling with backpacks and not caring much about details.

Our room wasn't as clean, bathroom bin contained stuff from previous guests... Also the noise from the main street nearby could be heard, so it might not be suitable for families with children looking for relaxation.

The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. The hotel room was cleaned every day, rooms were spacious and ideal. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment but restaurant in the hotel was great for brunch. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was great. Previous comments stated that the fridge didnt keep drinks cold we had no issues. Also shower, air con and heating worked perfectly. The outdoor pool area is fine to relax for a couple of hours. It can be peaceful considering the hotel is on a main road.

Only downside was you can hear furniture moving in the morning a little, we didnt mind as we were up early most mornings.

Location, price

Shower I was fighting to have a shower. The hose was lose and without a holder on the wall so it was basically like a telephone receiver hold and control.

The staff r very friendly, the hotel is clean and in a great location, the best location in marrakesh in my opnion.

Convenient location, near train station. Nice breakfast buffet included.

Room was run down. Stopper missing in the bath tub. Internet didn't work in room. Other broken things. Gym was not great and cost extra. Far from medina.

It is a good location, and not too far from the centre nor the airport. Breakfast was always good and lavish. Dinner choice was a set menu, and no provision for vegetarians. Porters good and friendly. Reception staff also helpful.

On our last day, on the way to breakfast we checked with reception if there was any extras to pay on the bill. We were advised that there was not, and to pick up the final bill when we leave. We therefore thought that the canned drinks were complimentary, and took 3 cans with us when leaving. As we collected the bill and stepped out the door, we were called back and asked to pay for the missing drinks. A small argument ensued, and the manager was slightly aggresive and rude. However, I think this is due to bad communication and language skills.

Good location next to the train station.

Cleaners start cleaning up and dragging furniture around the room really early in the morning. We were on holiday and just wanted a lie in but the noise of the furniture being moved around was horrific.

Beautiful foyer! Really comfortable bed. Location to the railway station - 2 minutes walk - easy for us to catch a train to Casablanca

un grand probléme de garage trop étroit les grosees voitures ne peuvent pas y accéder la mienne sa porte était endommagée le Wifi pour un 4 étoiles doit etre dans tout l'hotel et non pas au lobbying la salle de bain pas de savon dans la chambre pas de mouchoirs ni de bouteilles d'eau
