The manager Youssef is a fantastic helpful person. The cat, Simba, and the 4 turtles were an amusing experience for our family. We loved to stay in this Riad.

The warm and helpful staff. Caryl could not have done more to make our short stay so pleasurable: preparing a snack on arrival, booking a restaurant for the evening, taking us there and offering to come and collect us at the end of the meal, preparing breakfast for an early departure and finally, taking us to the airport when he was let down by the taxi driver. The Ryad has a beautiful roof terrace and bougainvillea growing from the inner courtyard up to the terrace! It also has two resident tortoises who wander around the ground floor. A very peaceful place.

What was there not to like. The Ryad although tucked away was a perfect location. Considering its size i would rate if 5* plus if only for the staff. Youssef went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone's stay, not just ours was superb. We will be booking again for our October holiday.

I truly can't think of anything that we didn't like, not even a little

We arrived in Marrakech to a fantastic welcome at the Ryad Noura. It is located deep in the heart of the northern medina and although a bit steep at 20 euros the airport transfer is nigh on essential. The ryad is cool, calming and beautiful, the perfect foil to the sometimes crazy city. We loved breakfasts on the sunny terrace, the mint tea in the afternoons and had several delicious evening meals here. What really makes staying here special is the fantastic host, Yousuf. He was so friendly and helpful and both he and the owner made sure we were fed and watered, supplied with maps and catered for at every turn. We were travelling with our 16 month old daughter and we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome.

Our room was lovely but the quilt was a decorative one, sewn with multiple tassels and metal discs. As a result it tickled and jangled all night long. A duvet would be more boring but make for a better night's sleep!

Yusuf is the best host you can imagine, he is always on hand with help, advice and a smile. This is a wonderful little Ryad and the perfect peaceful place to stay whilst exploring the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

A stunning riad in a fabulous location. First class staff and nothing was too much trouble. On our last day my husband was poorly and they let us stay in the room bringing herbal teas upon request. Lovely roof terrace where you can relax and also have breakfast. The manager was just wonderful.

A haven of peace in the craziness that is Marrakech. Adjil (concierge, cook, waiter front-of-house and all-round top bloke) was friendliness and helpfulness personified (we asked for a restaurant recommendation and he walked us to Dar Zellij)

    I couldn't fault a thing.

in Brief pretty much flawless place, great staff and people yousef the most helpful person, and carel the owner, do get to know them. ryad is so quiet and tranquil both in the day and the night, it seems like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. and for the price one cannot hesitate, I do fear in my next visit to Marrakech prices may rise! ryad rooms are very home like with subtle lighting and rustic furniture.

Youssef (manager) is very helpul! On the first day he picked us at another Riad we entered because we couldn't find Ryad Noura (google maps is useless inside Medina), he gave us a map and accompanied us the first day to the center of Medina! Pool is small but very refreshing, nice area around pool, very relaxing after visiting busy Medina! Very nice Riad - cosy, confortable and clean, nice decoration!

We were 2 couples and we stayed at mona quadruple room, wich is very confortable, but has no effective door for bathroom (just a curtain)! Location - very hard to find on tje first day!

Youssef, the riad manager, was fantastic. He helped me book reservations for things, provided a detailed map to the Big Square, gave tips on negotiating taxi fares. He was wonderful.

The Ryad: Location within the Medina is ideal. Overall, the decoration in the Ryad is very impressive. The room is well equipped, spacious; there is A/C, the shower and bathroom were nice and clean; the common area in the Ryad are well maintained and comfy; the swimming pool is nice to have with the super hot weather in Marrakesh. Staff: Very welcoming and friendly. He is always there for help and offer a lot of advise of what to eat and what not to in the market to avoid sickness and stomachache; ( very valuable advice); He also walked as out to the Medina and make sure that we know our way to the Medina and back. The hospitality is excellent. We felt like we were VIPs. I miss this Ryad and the staff there so much that I would just go back Marrakesh to stay there. Same thought from my friends. We all love our stay at Ryad Noura

Nothing! If I could, I would give this Ryad a 20 out of 10
