The hotel is 23 years old. Room has carpet which is old style. The point is that this carpet was clearly old and dirty. The A.c does not work and with somewhat hot weather I used to wake up at 4:30 A.M. because of the heat. Each night I had to call the hotel tech to try to fix it. They never offered me to change the room. It is just an old, dirty hotel with poor location in downtown casablanca.

Location is good

Very disappointing experience given that it is a Sheraton. Very old and rundown rooms, patchy service, overpriced food and drinks, not even a bar of soap in the room!

In any case the hotel was excellent....during my stay in the hotel it was urgent to change my reservation and booking changed that immediately in few minutes by phone....so I am very obliged for that...i travel by booking very often ,you know well my name,and I am very happy...thanks a lot

Friendliness of staff and hassle free environment.

No free internet in room

We found the hotel to meet all our needs during our stay at Casablanca. The staff was most friendly and helpful, in particular the front desk and the various service staff. The spg guest rooms were for us very spacious and kept very clean throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were most attentive to us and gave us extra small bottle waters as well as additional towels when ever we needed them and gave us a vase with flowers on arrival. I had one of the best messages in the Sheraton spa and truly relaxed at the small pool and sauna. I complimented the masseuse for the professional message received and how beneficial it was to have all the services and special amenities in the hotel. We are certainly planning to be back to visit and enjoy again Casablanca Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Thank you to all the staff.

I did not like the hotel much because he is in the furniture - adaptation is not good

It was very good value for money at 90@ per room, frieddly people, good spa et hammam, locationc entral , good breakfast (expensive 20€)first time in Casa, and for holidays it is better to go on the corniche.. There is a disco downstaris

Small swimming pool...... Disco downstarirs with not good music, and full of professional

The massage was very good and professional

The check in was a disaster. I booked via booking.com, on arrival we had to pay the full amount of the stay directly, what is normal. But the very rude receptionast also wanted 1000 euro deposit for guarantee of use of hotel facilities. When I refused he threatened us that we cannot stay in the hotel. He also said that sheraton does not trust their guests with providing their creditcard details, because the limit is probably to low. This sheraton is a very bad hotel, we got outside took extra money from the bank because our credit card limit is 750 euro, which he did not accept. After 1 hour we were allowed in the room.

Room was clean and fit for function

There were only 2 elevators working and waiting took a very long time (sometimes upto 10 minutes). Location of the hotel was not in the center of the town, so no evening/night life nor restaurants in the neighbourhood

La entrada, majestuosa y elegante

Las habitaciones y cuartos de baño propio de un hotel de tres estrellas, la ducha funcionaba mal, secador casi de secar manos y el lavabo horrible. No hay wiffi en las habitaciones. No parecía un 5 estrellas

L’hôtel est bien situé.le fameux Beb Marrakech est à 300m à pied. Mosquée Hassan II est à quelques minutes de route.Personnel chaleureux accueillant et prés à vous servir et à répondre à toute demande 24h/24h.chambre confortable spacieuse.je ne chercherais pas mieux la prochaine visite

puisqu'on était au 11eme étage , je pense que le débit de la douche à réviser
