Sheraton Casablanca Hotel&Towers  

We found the hotel to meet all our needs during our stay at Casablanca. The staff was most friendly and helpful, in particular the front desk and the various service staff. The spg guest rooms were for us very spacious and kept very clean throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were most attentive to us and gave us extra small bottle waters as well as additional towels when ever we needed them and gave us a vase with flowers on arrival. I had one of the best messages in the Sheraton spa and truly relaxed at the small pool and sauna. I complimented the masseuse for the professional message received and how beneficial it was to have all the services and special amenities in the hotel. We are certainly planning to be back to visit and enjoy again Casablanca Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Thank you to all the staff.

I did not like that wireless internet is not free of charge.

room not very updated, smells smoke, hammam only few hours per day for women. Bathroom not great, old need some updated. only shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

Very disappointing experience given that it is a Sheraton. Very old and rundown rooms, patchy service, overpriced food and drinks, not even a bar of soap in the room!

Nice stay. Friendly welcoming staff. Easy access to all you need. Comfortable room. Taxis waiting in front of the hotel. 30/45 min drive from/to airport. Walking distance to Medina.

Expensive WiFi, should be included in the price of the room.

In any case the hotel was excellent....during my stay in the hotel it was urgent to change my reservation and booking changed that immediately in few minutes by phone....so I am very obliged for that...i travel by booking very often ,you know well my name,and I am very happy...thanks a lot

The smallest swimming pool I have seen in a 5 star hotel. Really an absolute joke.

The concierge was amazing, just amazing, he organized our entire trip from Casablanca and Fes and all our sightseeing in Casablanca. Very very helpful!

We loved the "preferred guests" little red carpet at the check-in desk. This caused endless amusement! We took a photo ton show our friends and colleagues.

Extorsionate in - room internet charges and equally high priced food and beverages in the resturant.

Отель внешне и внутри не плох, но ничего особенного.

Дополнительную кровать для ребенка ждали 5 часов. Только после третьего похода на ресепшн соизволили принести кровать, когда ребенок уже заснул на нашей кровати. Сан узел на уровне отеля 3-х звезд. Старая пошарпонная сантехника. Кафель, напольные покрытия 20-летней давности. Затирка между кафелем почернела. Вытяжка не работала. Вода в бассейне была холодной, без подогрева. Вся мебель тоже не первой свежести. Сбежали из этого города раньше времени переплатив за замену даты билета.
