Got upgraded at no extra costs. Staff was incredibly attentive. Pool, rooms and lounge areas all beautifully designed and comfortable and very clean. Our hammam and massage were fabulous and of better quality than experiences elsewhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was worth every penny!

What makes Sirayane the perfect resort is the attentiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. From the moment we were met and greeted on arrived by the charming Reception staff and then the owner we were well looked after for the week that we were there. We were shown around the hotel and grounds as if we were visiting a friend’s place which is spacious, chic and stylish rather than showy. The hotel was a real haven after the hustle and bustle of the city. The relaxing atmosphere must be the reason that even fellow guests were friendly! The free shuttle to Jemaa el-Fnaa was a real boon. On the day of our departure even after we checked out we were allowed to use the shuttle to go to there and back and then had lunch at the hotel before we were taken to the airport. We were glad to have used the hotel airport transfers as well as trips organised by the hotel – not only were the drivers friendly and helpful but we found that other tour operators charged supplement as much as the tour itself for pick-up from the hotel! I would go back to Marrakech just to stay at Sirayane again. Thanks everyone!

This hotel had a nice pool and lot of places to relax and unwind. The Spa was maginificent and the food was good. Overall, ok. The room service was very slow. So many times I called to get dirty plates collected and no one came. The cleaning they did was just making the bed. There were only 4-5 shuttle services throughout the day. The taxis and transfers are over priced. You can get the same service from other taxi drivers. I didnt really see the luxury part in the hotel.

The sky at night was beautiful and you could see all the stars The hotel is middl of nowhere and more important it is not a five star hotel ,maybe because this hotel is not on the map the owner decided to give himself five star The bed was broken and so as the table and if you ask for tween room you end up with faulding bed,the cleaning was poor and as far as tea and coffe making facility is concern there was no tea or coffee in the room during my time in this hotel The food in the restaurant was not good nor fresh and rap music was a poor choice for this kind of atmosphere Breakfast was the most disappointing since the was not even brown bread on the table The swimming pool is not heated they cover the pool at night with plastic sheet The Internet was hardly working specialy in the evening I guess the owners idea of five star is to cover your bed with rose leafs

Beautiful setting with the Atlas mountains rising in the distance. Clean, stylish and spacious rooms with wonderfully comfortable bed. There is a free shuttle into Marrakech city centre, but to get to or from the airport (a shorter distance) there is a significant charge to pay for the hotel's shuttle service.

Personal, attentive, high standard of service. Location, design and layout of the hotel. too many young children, but as it was the back end of the holidays, this may have been an exception.

everything! It is a very quiet place for a castway from city life. No suttle bus from airport to the hotel. The taxi from airpot to the hotel is quite expensive and cost us 250 DH for a 15 min drive.

Glad I stayed away from the town - Sirayane was very relaxing with very attentive staff. The spa was lovely - definitely worth a visit. The Moroccan food was very good. Worth getting the room with private garden. The lunch menu was limited - would have been good to have more local 'light' lunch choices. The music choice was interesting in the restaurant - a bit tacky.

Great location if you have a car and/or not interested to be in the busy part of time. Also, just 10 minutes drive from the city center. Nice set up with great views on the montains Staff was very friendly and helpful (which is far from being the case in Morocco). Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager. Owner would come every day and ask feedback on our stay. Good value for money if you get it discounted otherwise would be expensive Food menu (lunch and dinner) a bit restrictive and quite expensive for Morocco. Breakfast was disappointing. lack of choice and repetitive. They mention the pool is heated but the side pool is only just covered at night. This was a real disappointment as it is was a draw to the hotel. Room cleaning was not very thorough. Hotel looks a bit ran down. A nice coat of paint wouldn't hurt.

Design of hotel, attitude of staff from the owner through to everyone else, the facilities including lovely spa, and the food. The serenity of the setting - outside &within the grounds - seemed to infect guests as well as staff so we saw none of the self promoting thoughtlessness that can mar too many public places.

The hotel was fabulous nothing was too much trouble, rooms were lovely and the setting in front of the Atlas mountains great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the owner was very welcoming and always around asking guest how their stay was and if everything was ok. Couldn't fault it the perfect hotel to relax and unwind. It would be nice perhaps if their was some entertainment in the bar of an evening particularly for people who stay around the hotel. For example a traditional evening

Everything, the place is awesome, friendly staff and one of the only places where we've been greeted each night by the hotel owner, very personal boutique hotel, spa is very good, restuarant quality is brilliant. The response to every request we had was 'of course, no problem, your welcome' and that says everything about the staff and this hotel! Nothing, the place is awesome, one suggestion to the hotel would be to run a few extra shuttles to the main square.

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The service was amazing and extremely attentive. The room was lovely and exactly what we wanted. The pool area was lovely and extremely relaxing. The spa treatment we booked was amazing too. The free shuttle into the city was also very good. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and wished we had stayed at this hotel for longer. If we return to Marrakech then we are very likely to stay at this hotel again. There was very little to not like about this hotel. The choice of food could perhaps have been a bit more varied in the evening but other than that there was very little to fault.
