In the heart of the luxurious district of Hivernage in a 20-acre park, a 5-minute walk from the heart of old Marrakesh, Es Saadi Gardens & Resort Palace features a 32,000-ft² spa, a 29,000-ft² outdoor...

Surrounded by large grounds with an outdoor pool, Hôtel Dar Rhizlane is in L’Hivernage, Marrakesh, just over 1 mile from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It features a spa and a fitness center.
Score from 91 reviews Wonderful
This luxurious hotel is a 2-minute walk from the famous Jamaâ El Fna Square. It features a Clarins Spa, a hot tub and the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees.
Score from 553 reviews Very good
Most of the reception staff were helpful when asked. The waiters and pool staff were most attentive and always keen to please. We ordered lunch everyday which seemed to take a very long time to arrive but the sandwiches were always tasty . The pool was lovely and clean but the outdoor furniture covers need replaced.
We stayed in one of the garden rooms which never seemed to warm up despite the fan heater being on all the time. Our friends stayed in the main building and were warm enough but the heater/ ac was incredibly noisy. ( I slept with ear plugs ) The hotel felt like a compound in a very isolated area on the outskirts of Marrakech, surrounded by wasteland and dirt tracks.
Everything - service, comfort, location, food, hospitality. A wonderful hotel in a superbe location outside of Marrakech. Free shuttle bus brings you several times in-out of Marrakech if you want. Personnel is fantastic - a oasis to switch off from daily hectic.
Myself and my partner booked a last minute trip to Marrakech to get some winter sun. It was our first trip to Morocco and everyone suggested we stay in a Riad in town but I couldn't be happier with our choice of Sirayane. The grounds were simply stunning, and after visiting the crowded markets we really looked forward to returning to the tranquillity of Sirayane. I have honestly never come across staff that were so very helpful, friendly and accommodating before. On our last night, we were trying to get an earlier flight back to London as we were booked on an 8pm flight. The owner / manager (who came over each and every day to shake our hands and make sure we were being well looked after) insisted we keep our flight as is and allowed us to stay in our room all day. We couldn't have had a more perfect end to our week as we sat by the pool relaxing, knowing there was no pressure to pack up, check out and leave. Sirayane really was a haven, and if I was to ever return to Marrakech again I would most definitely stay there again. I must mention that I was lucky enough to have an Oriental Massage in the Spa. I cannot remember the name of the young lady from Senegal who was the masseuse, but she had the most amazing strength and after 1 hour I came out totally rejuvenated and stress free. It honestly was the most worthwhile hour and I was so sorry I couldn't return for more. Thank you Sirayane for the perfect break, it really was everything we could have wanted and more.
Staff- friendly and efficient Personalised service Facilities: fireplace, pools, comfort and style, spacious rooms Comfortable beds Luxurious Several return car shuttle services to the centre of Marrakech Excellent cuisine
Every thing was amazing and excellent starting from the owner, staff, rooms to the the hotel atmosphere. I recommende it strongly for stay . definitely I will come back again.
The environment with view to the mountains. Very calm. Nice deco and architecture. Good welcome too. Food was well prepared.
The staff at the spa. Not helpful or even nice at all. The menu was a little bit expensive. There were hairs on the bed and hair dryer.
We received such a lovely welcome from all of the staff from the moment we walked in and all throughout our stay. The room was beautiful and so comfy and the decor of the hotel throughout is very nice. There are so many spacious and inviting public areas from the bar to the lounge with a real open fire and library. The food was excellent at dinner and lunch and the selection for breakfast is fantastic, so much hot food choices and the fresh fruit juices are unreal. The owner is absolutely lovely, the hotel is a credit t him and our short stay here was the perfect end to our trip.
Location away from the hustle of city centre Staff were always willing to help Food was excellent The room with private pool is well worth it Recommendations of hotels and tours by the hotel
Wifi was not always great reception depending where you were
Poor WIFI at times.
- staff was super helpful and amazing - one of the guys helped me change currency at official rate, by sending a driver to the city and asking him to change currency - landscaping of the hotel is really nice - you can catch a glimpse of mountains - extremely peaceful and relaxing
- location from Marrakkesh - 15 min shuttle from hotel to Marrakkesh center - bus shuttle frequency was low as this is a boutique hotel and number of guests is very limited
Beatiful tranquil small hotel. Stunning garden and pool area really nice comfortable sun loungers Nice heated pool Very good room size and bathroom amazingly good breakfast buffet with great selection of food and drink. Lovely fresh squeezed juices Fantastic restaurant
this is personal taste but the bed was a bit hard Otherwise everything was perfect!
Peace and quiet Reliable shuttle to the city Helpful friendly staff Excellent service Spacious accommodation Small number of rooms Very good food
No where to walk Limited choice at dinner - no snack options
only remark I have is about the fitness. It needs more vasculair options
Staff are friendly & helpful, Very quiet place, its a resort only 28 rooms & suites so no match guests there, good food, small gym but it's ok, free bus to city center
Far away from city center, no restaurant or shops near the hotel , Furniture is old, wifi is fair.
Everything, staff, food gardens ,pools & the Owner
Modern technology in rooms Lovely pool Good facilities
Hotel an oasis of calm. Staff were well trained, very attentive without being overbearing. Balance just about perfect. The food was of an excellent standard and very consistent, throughout menu. First impressions of the Hotel......the reception area looked stunning as did the accommodation (not always the norm). Pool and gardens looked great, clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a few days away from it all in the sunshine this place is ideal. Go there now!
This hotel was amazingly private in the deluxe suite with private pool. We could not fault it. AMAZING!!!
Everything was excellent, The staff Badr and Nada were excellent. The owner was very helpful land pleasant. We would stay again at this premises very peacefull and calm.
Staff very attentive, facilities great. Very good for lying by the pool and having all the creature comforts.
Lacks personality/character, and the area it's in is not that attractive. But once inside, the complex is beautiful and the free shuttle to the city is great
The dedication of the staff and the ever present General Manager/ owner who was passionate in providing for the needs of his guests.
The air-conditioning in the bedroom was not very effective and the basin in our bathroom did not drain properly. Being tea drinkers who love a splash of milk in their morning tea, there was no milk provided in the bedroom. There should also have been a complimentary bottle of water in the room at least for the first day. Drinks were expensive in that a small bottle of lager was MAD 770(equivalent to £5.50). As there were quite a significant number of English speaking guests in the hotel, two English channels, one of which was BBC world news were not enough.
Staff, environment and general service excellent
Good swiming pool and kind staff
Kitchen is not verry good and there are no alternatives. Because it is so far from the city it costs €20,- to get there and back if you want to have dinner in the city
Superb design, manager and staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The shuttle bus to the old town was invaluable and ran very efficiently. Complete relaxation away from the hussle and bustle.
The manager and the staff made us feel so welcome and had such a great personal touch. The food was good and it was lovely and relaxing and peaceful and you didnt feel like you couldnt use any facilities, everything felt available. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would definitely return!
The gym could do with some more weights, maybe a squat rack. The wi-fi was a bit slow and didnt always work.
