Hotel Sofia is in an excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the train station and a block away from the central place in the Ville Nouvelle The room was comfortable with an efficient heater (useful in December) and a decent TV (with the useful MBC2 showing Hollywood movies in English) It was quiet during the night and easy to find thanks to the blue sign on top of it! The reception staff were friendly and even humorous when their card machine ran out of paper and they had to cut a new roll to fit (that wasn't ideal in mid transaction) The medina is a quick 5 minute ride in a petit taxi (which are available everywhere around the hotel) The card machine could have worked better but the staff were apologetic

The relation and respect for clients of hotel, the polite, clever and kind personnel was pleasant. Rum convenient, pure and cozy. A breakfast average, but tasty.

This hotel is a walk away from cafes, restaurants, banks. A beautiful masjid is also a walk away. My room was always kept neat and tidy, and reception staff can speak/understand decent english. Parking is available in the street in front of the hotel, but is limited. The car guard expects payment of 20 dhm per day. Wi-fi internet is virtually non-existent in the entire hotel. It is certainly not worthy of 4 stars, as it claims to be. The toilet area of the bathroom is cramped.

La posizione, nella ville nouvelle, quasi sulla avenue Hassan ii che è la principale arteria della città. L'assoluta mancanza di qualunque forma di manutenzione. L'hotel è classificato con quattro stelle; forse era cosi' quando ha aperto, ma oggi ne vale due. Gli asciugamani sono strappati, la pulizia è sommaria, il personale non è all'altezza. Un esempio? Ho chiesto un paio di forbici per carta e mi hanno mandato a comprarle alla boutique dell'albergo, che in quel momento era chiusa.

Hotel in posizione centrale ma molto tranquillo. Struttura moderna con servizio di qualità e personale disponibile e allo stesso poco invadente... Cosa notevolissima in Marocco! Unica pecca la piscina poco pulita che assomiglia di più a una vasca da bagno.

Son emplacement, pour des raisons sentimentales. Je suis né dans une maison voisine. Le manque d'éclairage, les serrures qui ferment mal. Petit déjeuner sommaire, mauvaise qualité des produits: pain , croissant...nappe tâchée.Piscine petite et vide.

De bedden zijn heerlijk strak opgemaakt. Het personeels spreekt redelijk Engels. Het koelkastje op de kamers is handig. Er was geen thee bij het ontbijtbuffet.

Posizione buona per raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro della città nuova, possibilità di lasciare le chiavi della camera e riprenderle a qualunque orario, hall spaziosa e possibilità di fumare Soprattutto la reception era composta da personale non troppo cordiale e nonostante avessimo specificato che parlavamo soltanto inglese si ostinavano a rivolgersi a noi in francese
