The staff were very friendly and helpful on all matters; Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and surrounding facilities were exceptionally comfortable and the location was beautiful. Highly recommended. |

hammocks in the yard room was smaller then i expected. also had to change the room after check-in since i was ordering kingsize bed but reception gave me twin. |

This hotel is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the pictures indicate! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, services were fantastic, and location was very good. There were a couple of time periods during the day when its difficult to get anything to eat (even a small snack) - with young children this was a little difficult. Perhaps having a few more snack items for sale in the gift shop would help. Also, as this area of Agadir is still being built the hotel was a little far from any other shops (although, admittedly, that is also part of the appeal)! |

The outdoor facilities were excellent, really friendly and helpful staff, the rooms might need a bit of updating to equal standard with the hotel facilities (E.G. swimming pool, beach, restaurants) As mentioned above, the rooms weren't as great as the rest of the hotel. |

die grosse aber diskrete und moderne Anlage direkt am Meer/Strand, und vor allem die Service-Leistung, einfach spitze! Das Swimmingpool ist echt das Haupt-Highlight! Es geht viel um sehen und gesehen werden aber dafür können ja die Reichen und Schönen nicht... Die Qualität des Essens enspricht nicht ein 5-Sternehaus, ziemlich schlecht, weil wir eigentlich nicht das Hotel verlassen wollten. Wir mussten deshalb in die Stadt fahren und haben auch ein anderes 5-Sternehaus besucht, wo das Essen spitze war. |

Ein 5-Sterne Hotel mit einem derart schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt.Die Einrichtungen sind abgelebt, alles ist schmuddelig, die Preise vollkommen überzogen, das Personal war von der eigenen Unfähigkeit fast schon selbst erschrocken..... |

Sehr schönes 5-Sterne Hotel mit ausgedehnter Poollandschaft. Mehrere sehr gute Restaurants und Bars vorhanden. Leider wird derzeit am Strand eine neue, große Promenade gebaut wodurch bedauerlicherweise weder Meerblick, noch eine Benutzung des hauseigenen Strandes möglich ist. Allerdings hält sich die Lärmbelästigung sehr in Grenzen. |

Zeer vriendelijke en vakkundig personeel. Interieur kamers op to date. Excellente keuken. Prima ontbijt In het hotel en de directe omgeving wordt veel verbouwd. Onze eerste kamer met het beloofde uitzicht op een tuin had alleen uitzicht op een groot bouw terrein. Er wordt ook een boulevard aangelegd voor het hotel!! Hierdoor is er erg veel overlast van complete vrachtwagens op het strand. De opgang naar het strand is niet meer zoals op de plaatjes. Hiervoor geen enkel excus van hotel |
