The service by the pool in this hotel was excellent they arranges anything you want with a smile; the service at the reception was good.

The Restaurant’s I tried all the restaurants. The food was not good, it wasn’t bad, it was just food. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive, I don’t mind paying for added value but I do mind paying for nothing. I took a breakfast outside the hotel, and I paid 1/10 th of the price. The food was better and the service was better. The Bathroom In my opinion a thermostatic faucet is not luxury. Especially is the pluming is done all wrong. When you are taking a shower and it goes from hot to cold and back again 5 times per minute, you really don’t care that they put rose peddles on the towels. In all honesty I prefer function before the form, but for that price I want both. (i wrote more but ran out of space)

The hotel is well located

Overrated as 5 star hotel> Rooms and bathrooms are rather basic all with tiled floors. Passages are long with tired and worn carpets. Prices are exorbitant for a good but not exceptional buffet dinner expect to pay Euro 50 per person without alcohol. This is more expensive than a top restaurant in Casablanca . If you have a choice avoid this hotel. Its overrated and overpriced

I liked the surroundings and being near the beach. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I will certainly recommend to my friends. Please check for me whether my room package included breakfast or not. The charges for 3 nights were Euro 585/-.

Nice Luxury accomodation, with multiple heated outdoor swimming pool. good variety of bars and restaurant.

Cannot think anything..so seems all was just fine!

The hotel was beautiful. The brekfast was very good, and the service here was very satisfying.

Over all, the service was very slow, except for when eating. The staff were friendly, but we felt ignored at several occations. We wanted give tips for everybody when we were leaving, but nobody at the reseption asked about our stay or told us to have a nice trip. Because of the feeling we were left with, like we were people of no importense to the hotel, we ended up leaving without giving any tips. I felt sorry afterwards for there were several persons that deserved a nice tip. I will still say that I think the service can improve a lot.

The service was first class, especially around the pool area. There were ample places to sit and relax so there was never a problem finding somewhere comfortable. The food was excellent and everyone was very welcoming and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were noisy, you could hear the neighbouring guests in their bathroom and you could hear passers by talking in the corridor outside. If the guests in the room above moved any furniture (I.E. a chair) it was loud enough to wake one up. The service came at a price though and there were no cheap options. A two course meal for 2 with a drink each would be in the £40 to £80 range.

evening food not of the standard we were expecting for the price, certainly not 'gastronomique' by French standards ! This is not a complaint but an indoor heated swimming pool would ensure our return.

Excellent hotel, personnel très attentionné, room service impeccable, chambre avec terrasse de très bon goût, belle piscine, entretien parfait de l'ensemble. Beau buffet au petit déjeuner.

Pas de piscine intérieure au spa, pas d'accés libre au sauna et hammam, un des trois restaurants fermé pour travaux ainsi que le night club en raison du Ramadan. Restauration peu variée et prix élevés.Petit déjeuner annoncé à 17 Euros par Booking, prix réel 20 Euros.
