The hotel is well located

Overrated as 5 star hotel> Rooms and bathrooms are rather basic all with tiled floors. Passages are long with tired and worn carpets. Prices are exorbitant for a good but not exceptional buffet dinner expect to pay Euro 50 per person without alcohol. This is more expensive than a top restaurant in Casablanca . If you have a choice avoid this hotel. Its overrated and overpriced

It is a lovely hotel with a lot invested into the lounging areas outside by the pool and beach. If all you want to do is lounge by the pool then this is the place for you

When we arrived it was late so we showered quickly and went for dinner. When we returned we noticed there was a bunch of ants in our room. It seemed as if they had a nest in the wood work, so we went to reception to ask for a room change. We made it clear we were not trying to get a free upgrade, we were happy to be moved somewhere on the same floor and get the same type of room, as long as there were no ants. The night manager was very difficult and claimed there was no more rooms. He said he would send a hotel employee up with "ant repellent" and that would take care of the problem. We agreed as we figured it was worth trying as long as it wasn't harsh chemicals. The "ant repellent" was just bleach and by the time the employee was finished wiping the room down with it we had a room that stunk of bleach and STILL had ants. So we went down to the night manager and demanded another room and that nothing else at this point would be acceptable as it was now almost 1am. He was then able to give us another room that was identical to our first room as there was empty rooms even though he first said there wasn't, but why this was not his first response is beyond me. Quite frankly it was below par from what I would expect from a hotel like Sofitel

Polite friendly staff and excellent service. Central relaxing bar areas. Grounds and proximity to beach.

The original room I booked through booking. Com was horrible- dark, dank with view of a path for service use. It had a foul drain smell. I had to move to a 'superior room' identical but without the smell and with a pleasant view of the pool. The holiday, therefore, ended up being much more expensive than anticipated. I would class the rooms I saw as 3 star at most. Communal areas lovely. Rooms and corridors tired and shabby.

The location and the service - all the personal was very friendly just great . I visit also the new Sofitel who will open in March the 8 name Sofitel Thalassa Sea and Spa - fantastisque and do check also Riad Villa Blanche the number one for dining and clubbing with candle lights and also very nice and qualified stad ! I liked the surroundings and being near the beach. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I will certainly recommend to my friends. Please check for me whether my room package included breakfast or not. The charges for 3 nights were Euro 585/-.

The service was first class, especially around the pool area. There were ample places to sit and relax so there was never a problem finding somewhere comfortable. The food was excellent and everyone was very welcoming and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were noisy, you could hear the neighbouring guests in their bathroom and you could hear passers by talking in the corridor outside. If the guests in the room above moved any furniture (I.E. a chair) it was loud enough to wake one up. The service came at a price though and there were no cheap options. A two course meal for 2 with a drink each would be in the £40 to £80 range.

расположен на первой линии, огромные бассейны, один с подогревом, чисто, огромное разнообразие лежаков ( гамаки, диваны, беседки).... все чисто, профессионально, по-восточному красиво.

La parfaite qualite d 'acceuil a l arrivee et tout au long du sejour et la rapidité de s'installer dans la chambre. L'espace avec la possibilité d'etre au calme et de pouvoir se détendre. L'ambiance de la grande salle de reception avec musique service de boisson.

Essentiellement la tres mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres qui ne correspond pas au confort apporté dommage..........

Un jardin magnifique, des transats ultra-confortables, une piscine extérieure chauffée, de belles chambres, un service impeccable et très souriant, un room-service extra-ordinaire et des buffets variés et délicieux. C'était parfait, il nous tarde déjà d'y revenir.

Ich habe eine Suite gebucht. Die Suten bestehen aus zwei winzigen dunklen Zimmern mit einer Zwischentür. Da die Suiten jeweils zwei Zimmernummern haben, ist davon auszugehen, daß ursprünglich diese kleinen Zimmer einzeln vermietet wurden. N ach Auskunft des Hotelpersonals haben alle Suiten in der gebuchten Preiskategorie eine schlechte Lage. Um mir den Urlaub nicht zu verderben, habe ich die Suite in ein Zimmer in einer niedrigeren Preiskategorie (ohne Erstattung) umgetauscht.

afzonderlijke prijs van het ontbijt - te duur; hoort normaal bij kamerprijs; het feit dat de faktuur wel in lokale munt word opgesteld maar op credietcaard in USD word aangerekend. Dit veroorzaakt bijkomende kosten van ongeveer 3 %

Accueil Personnel très gentil et serviable. Propreté et ménage des chambres. Beaux espaces extérieurs.

Pas de possibilité de Spa car il fallait réserver à l'avance.
