Appreciated the upgrade There were no glasses for beer and soft drink in the minibar. The flies in the lobby and just in front of the reception desk are a real nuisance.

Great spa. Omar is a great therapist - speaks English and French. Very professional. Would have liked a bath in the room even though the shower was good.

Room, amenities, breakfast Uncomfortable desk in the rooms (chair), too many buttons and switches in the room, not intuitive to use. Lacks attention to detail for a hotel of this standard (door handles are sharp and uncomfortable, many sharp edges and corners in the room, wireless and cellphone signal very week on higher floors...

This hotel is brand new - just beautifully designed. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beds are so comfortable that you don't want to wake up! Also, we had a delicious dinner in the Oriental Restaurant. I think the Pastilla au Lait is perhaps the best dessert I have ever had. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Add 30 minutes extra to get to the airport...we followed the advice of the staff and missed our flight.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was exceptional! Booking a hotel for our New Years evening with Sofitel was very easy. We, however, didn't know it was such an up-scale facility. For the small amount we paid in hotel fees easily was off set by what we paid for the bar and restaraunt.

We stayed at the Tour Blanche en route to Marrakech and it proved to be the perfect night stop. The hotel is ultra modern and very luxurious. The staff were very attentive. Our room was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We ate in the Oriental restaurant and I can certainly recommend the couscous with 7 vegetables. It was delicious. The wine was good but expensive but that is what you expect for this standard of hotel and Morocco in general. This is only a minor criticism but the price of breakfast is rather high. We never feel we get value for money when there is only one price for breakfast and would have liked to have been offered a cheaper continental breakfast choice.

Best luxury hotel for Casablanca Airport - though still at least 40 minutes drive away - right opposite the interesting Medina market stall area We paid more for our room than for the children's twin room - yet they had all the mod cons (electrically operate curtains, etc) whereas our room was a bit standard by comparison. Great views of the mosque from the huge window, but the glass had not been cleaned for some time.

It is a haven in Casablanca. We have tried another hotel earlier and just as we entered our room at Sofitel, we knew we made a wise choice to switch. Everything you think a hotel should provide can be found here, mind that it is not always the case in Morocco. The bathroom is spacious and the lighting in the room warm and comfortable. The facilities in the room perfect, with modern design. Nothing really. To be picky, the breakfast is expensive, even by a 5star standard. The beds (we had twin beds standard) are quite narrow.
