Nice rooms Great view
Area for breakfast is too small / Used tables are cleaned too slow
The hotel staff are really professional and was carefully selected. Especially the receptionist her name is ASMA.
Great rooms and nice location.
Breakfast was extremely expensive.
The comfy bed, linens and pillows.
No comfortable sitting area in the lobby. There was a bar area with very loud music and a huge dining area but no real foyer. There was only one robe and one pair of slippers in a double room? You have to share??
Extremely friendly staff, very hospital.
Location, nothing around.
Staff very friendly and ready to assist at any time. Nice spa. Super nice room and bed. Our room was checked twice daily. Towels and robes were changed twice daily. The towel warmer was a plus! Overall, very friendly staff!
-the modern design of the hotel room - the gym facilities -the Moroccan restaurant in the hotel had an excellent dinner -the welcome drink we received
- pool water was too cold
very quiet good view extremely clean
$20 for a sandwich My plan did not include breakfast so i ate down the street.
Was a good location and was great that the steam room and pool were included. Nice views across to the Hussan ll mosque.
Luggage person was abrupt and was clearly not happy with the tip even though we gave 2 to 3 times higher than every where else on the trip throughout Morocco. Didn't follow through with even getting the missing bathrobe we asked for. Shocked to see that you even had to pay to make your own coffee in your room at a charge of 50 dm, or about $6, per cup!
Service of Gastronomic restaurant was very poor. De Luxe room was not clean and not well prepared.
Close to the station
Modern, comfortable international standard hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Also, we had a room upgrade. Breakfast was great. Strongly recommend
Check in - due to influx of aircrew, our check-In was forgotten - minor point.
Staff were very helpful. Good general location.
A little bit expensive for extras
A first class hotel with every facility and a good starting point for exploring the delights of Morocco.
The neighborhood outside of the hotel is a bit smarmy.
Hotel was very good. Room was spotless and of a very high standard The Lobby Bar set-up General vibe of the place and the staff's attention to detail. They were excellent
The locale. Outside seemed a bit seedy and congested
Design, bed, people attitude and facility.
level of cleaning, no complementary water in the room although they were mentioned in the hotel book "I felt cheated", spa prices are high, mini-bar prices are high, room coffee is not free, ordered breakfast was missing some items that should be included as per the menu.
Lovely decor. Fabulous breakfast, beds and staff.
Can't think of anything
freindly staff and clean
the system of charging during booking was not clear. the Taxs was not mentioned although it should be included in the fee from early time and the expensive charge for breakfast as well. this hotel is good for business meeting only
Ok the bed comfortable good bath,
It not worth it, location so noisy, no outside pool terrace, very expensive, it doesn't not hive value for the price. Won't be staying there again
There is no price list in the mini bar for coffee but the hotel charged us for using coffee and tea. Have been traveled and stayed in many 5star hotels but this is the first time that i have to pay for coffee in the room!!!! The check out counter was very unpleasant as the bill did not show details. When i found out a mistake in the bill ( the hotel just charged several items which we didnot consumed) the front desk manager didnot say sorry!!! Wont recommend anyone to stay there!
Staff and service are not qualified.
the room was very small
