The staff went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed by the personal attention I received. Due to the big mishap at the airport, I was not charged for the airport transfers and received a really nice upgrade. Unfortunately the first room was terribly dirty and hot with no AC, but then I was switched to a really nice room that was clean and double the size of what I had booked. The view was incredible. On my second stay everything went very smooth and I received the same nice room. Book a room in the 06 line and you wont regret it. The front desk manager was especially super in his swift attention. I would (and did) go back since the staff corrected everything. I like that there is a coffee maker in the room and the steam shower is amazing! The bed was also very comfortable. And the tea on arrival is a very nice touch.
I had asked the concierge for the hotel car to transfer me from the airport. It was a big disaster including 5 different people having my name on a sign and ultimately not even being able to go with the correct driver because the taxi drivers surrounded us and blocked us for over 2 hours. It was scary and I almost went back into the airport to leave Casablanca. That being said, the hotel was also upset this happened and made sure to set me up with another service for the rest of my transfers. Make sure you use a luxury taxi if you want a pre-arranged transfer service and do not use Regency car service under any circumstances. The luxury taxi was nice enough and I felt safe. I really don't like the fragrance in the lobby it is way to strong. Thankfully it is not in the rooms as well.
Service was immaculate, so is the dinning, the management and the rooms.
I was delighted with the help I got before the trip arranging the car and finding the right train station. Food in restaurant was fabulous.

This was a business hotel but was just as hospitable to our young family. best beds I've ever slept in. The concierge service was so friendly and helpful. We particularly loved our breakfasts and service. Nabil and Faycal were our friendliest waiters ever and thanks to them, we left our visit with smiles on our faces.
I think it would have been nicer to have a more generous in-room coffee bar. Nothing was complimentary

Breakfast staff: poor customer service, choice of breakfast item poor. Compare to the sofitel marrakech this hotel does not score.
The one thing we really liked was a manager called Noor who made things very comfortable and pleasant for us and made us feel far better about the hotel than when we walked in. She was amazing -- warm, helpful and very hospitable. Thank you Noor.
Very average value for money, average service
Loved everything about this hotel. Staff r very helpful and polite. Good location. Lovely ambience. The bed was amazingly comfortable, like u could just sink into it after a long day out. The bathroom was also exellent . 10 out of 10
The lighting system in the room (couldn't get i right, lots of switches).
My wife was in an accident. She couldn't travel. I called and tried to cancel a week before my stay. It was declined as I pre-paid. I called the Sofitel corporate office. They informed me that policy can only be overriden if I called to talk to the manager - it was at his discretion. I called Sofitel Casablance and asked to speak to the manager - they wouldn't even let me. I explained to them my situation. They declined. I'm disappointed in the complete and utter lack of human empathy and understanding. This hack hotel got away with $400+ dollars of mine. I'll never stay at a Sofitel again, and when I'm in Casablanca next (if I get there), I'll pay the manager a personal visit.
Location and staff very very helpful
Staff was extremly kind. Hotel has the best location! The view from my room was WOW!
The room rate was higher than I booked earlier and they couldn't change it. I asked for a car from the airport, but aparantly noone has seen my request. The breakfast was not included. They could have free espresso in the room for this amount.
Facilities were excellent as well as the bed. The view from the room was magnificent.
Staff were nice but not punctual. Staff always keep some thing under their control so you would need them and make you feel it is an extra service. So service in not automatic you have to ask for every thing. resturan, specially breakfast, they don't have every thing available. If you need a spoon you have to wait for some waiter to help you. I think they have a nice hotel but need to monitor the attitude and means of the staff. From room cleaning to resturant servicing. Room cleaning service mostell done when you call. Turn down service some days are done and some days who cares. If you call yes they come right a way. Finally, hotel need to have a better supervision about tasks done by staff.
