i like the hotel overall.

No body likes being ripped off. In other words, I requested a contenintal breakfast for one person but I got two instead. We argued over the reasons behind this and the manager said its a must since you have reserved the room for two persons. I asked what if one of us is not hungry?! he said still you need to pay for two. In short, the manager was not very cooperative in that matter.

Excellent service, nice decor, central location, free WiFi, good value for the price.

Elevator badly needs repair to do away with the grinding noise that can be heard in all of the rooms, at all hours.

The employees do not take time to make sure no one is in the room before getting in!

Good food (except breakfast) , good bar, free water, not too expensive room service

- Internet was incredibly slow and it was almost impossible to work decently as I have to synchronize a lot with a server and we are dealing in audio/video (big files !)

La qualité du couchage (lit). Les plats de poissons au restaurant la Brasserie. Le vin la ferme rouge. La localisation en centre ville, qui facilite les affaires.

Il manque une salle de sport et une piscine. Un peu bruyant et pollué dû au centre ville, même si les chambres sont quand même bien insonorisées.

nous avons été conduits à une chambre qui était déjà occupée. du coup, pendant le reste du séjour, nous avions peur que dans notre chambre actuelle, le groom fasse rentrer d'autres personnes par erreur. Après nous avoir installé dans la nouvelle chambre avec le pass d'une femme de ménage, le groom a dit qu'il nous ferait monter nos clés. Nous avons dû descendre les chercher à la reception une demie heure après. Les femmes de chambres faisaient beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir, tous les jours. Le vidoir de la douche était bloqué et nous avons du demander à la recêption de venir réparer.

La chambre est bruyante, on entend tous les bruits dans le couloir et les chambres à côté !

Schoon hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Op loopafstand van het station.

Op de site staat dat er in het gehele hotel wifi is. Dit is echter alleen in de lobby en als je geluk hebt op sommige delen van de kamers. Er is wel overal gratis kabelinternet, echter met een iPhone heb je daar niet zoveel aan.

Incomprensible que en cuatro días, no hubieran sido capaces de arreglar los ascensores.

スタッフが皆さん笑顔で丁寧に対応して下さり、安心感がありました。 追加でベビーベッドを一台置いても室内にはゆとりがあって、とても快適でした。 朝食が別料金なので、二日とも外のカフェで食べましたが、周辺にカフェも多く特に不便ではありませんでした- 。 道路標識（地名や番地など）の非常に少ないラバトでは、夜は特に道に迷いやすいのですが、Le Diwanの場所はとても分かりやすいので、助かります。また是非利用したいと思います。
