The staff is very nice. The garden en pool are beautiful.

We dit not get the room we had made with our reservation. The hotel told us it was a mistake made by booking.com No terrace, no big room,after reclamation at least a better view. No koffeemachine, just a little lavabo which was broken etc.

The rooms are really worn out. The chair in my room was almost broken. Eventually, I left my phone charger in the room and when I claimed it the next day, they said there was no charger. Shame for a hotels that pretends to be 5star. The hotel is highly overpriced especially for Marrakesh where you can find many nice riads for the fraction of the price. Generaly, Sofitel brand is really bad these days. Most of the hotels are maximum 3start. No near luxury.

Nice Location close to almost everything in the city, the hotel has a very nice swimming pools, very friendly staff and strong Internet connection in most of the hotel areas

Rooms could have used newer furniture, housekeeping don't have a specific time each day to make up the room, somewhat over priced

Very friendly and polite hotel staff. Excellent staff. Tolerated our baby and made no complaints of crying episodes.

Breakfast very expensive and maybe should be considered either at lower price or should be included in prices. Extra taxes that we were unaware of really made the final price very expensive. Initially quoted £989 approx for 5 days - eventually paid almost £200 extra due to hidden taxes.

Loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful interior. Stayed in a Junior Suite. Really comfortable bed and L'Occitane toiletries a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will be returning.

Tres bel hôtel , beau jardin et piscine très agréable , les lieux communs sont vraiment beaux, la cuisine bonne, le personnel est au petit soin pour la famille !!! Les marocains sont très aceuillant

Le prix de la nuitée reste très élevé pour une chambre assez petite , les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur du reste!! Surtout si on réserve par booking!! La pire chambre vous est reservé tout au bout de l'hôtel vu sur les voitures , on a pas accepté la 1ère chambre,la restauration est très chère aussi !

Nous avons eu une chambre "luxe" qui ne correspondait pas au descriptif trouvé sur booking.com Une chambre "luxe" avec vue sur jardin est devenu une chambre où on ne peut même pas ouvrir completement la porte de la salle de bains à cause du lit qui bloquait la porte . . et une vue sur un mur ! a l'arrivée (15h00) nous avons été "stationner" dans le hall pendant une heure sans explications avant de pouvoir procéder au check-in (alors que d'autres arrivants pouvaient faire leur check-in sans probléme). Catastrophe. Vacances râtées.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel du sofitel nous a énormément satisfait. En particulier Imane qui s'est montrée particulièrement disponible et très professionnelle pour répondre à toute nos attentes. De plus son sourire est toujours présents dans nos mémoires. Badr a été également très disponible et très gentil. La beauté de l'hôtel, l'élégance des chambre et la la situation géographique sont des vrais atouts de cet hotel de luxe.
