The food was a little pricey especially the breakfast! Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms were well furnished and very clean. Amazing rooms, super attentive staff.. lovely accessories in the room such as rose petals in the bathroom - lovely touches! Gorgeous hotel. Little bit out of the action - but in Marrakech this isn't necessarily a bad thing!

After spending a few days in the very centre of Marrakech and a visit to the desert we checked into the Sofitel for one night at a reduced rate of 150 euro ( I think the room was marked as 285 euro) There is a great pool area which has plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself, a bar is located also in the pool area. We also used the spa area for a hammam treatment ( I had never used a spa before so this was more to get and experience of the local tradition) the facilities in the spa area, as a first time spa user, seemed very good to me. Dinner in the restaurant that evening was also pretty good, there is a nightclub area attached to the hotel for those that like it, though you cannot hear any noise from the hotel as the club is in a seperate section. No complaints, a little far walking distance if you wanted to see the centre of Marrakech and the souks (probably 15 / 20 minutes). We had stayed in the centre for 5 days so this was a welcome end of holiday relaxation day.

Het totaal is als bijzonder luxe te benoemen en er is zeer veel aandacht voor de gasten. Een hele fijne ervaring! De toegangkelijkheid van informatie over de omgeving werd gefragmenteerd aangeboden. Af en toe was er iets beschikbaar nabij het zwembad.Uiteraad was de congierce altijd bereid de benodigde injformatie te versterkken.

La situation dans Marrakech, plusieurs piscines, Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement il y a deux ans beaucoup de laisser aller depuis, suite prestige aucun décor, murs vides, canapés taches, une mini salle de bains, .pas de lumière on a demande des lampadaires pour pouvoir lire, un parasol pour terrasse...... Personnel nul qui discute entre eux et ne s occupe guère des clients! On demande encore au bout de dix jours nos noms alors que ts les jours on déjeune au buffet autour piscine! Allez au naoura barrière vous verrez la différence, le personnel vous reconnaît et s occupe vraiment de ses clients. Au sofitel les chambres pas faites a 15 h 30!!!!!! Hotel presque vide donc pas de surbooking. Le Spa bonnes masseuses mais besoin d un bon coup de peinture, l hotel a besoin d un vrai coup de neuf et surtout d un directeur qui gère son établissement . Rien d un 5etoiles, a tt point de vue, dommage car bien place

La gentillesse du personnel, la beauté des locaux et la piscine chauffée, le eptit déjeuner, les pétales de fleurs dans la chambre, le peignoir... Nous sommes allés au diner marocain, cuisine très moyenne, on dinait mieux pour 10 fois moins cher dans la medina, musqiue mal réglée, nous avons été très déçus de cette prestation, Nous avons également demandé un guide à la réception , là aussi grosse déception, il ne connaissait pas grand chose aux monuments vistés et n'était pas du tout intéressant bien que très gentil, il ne pensait qu'à nous emmener dans les boutiques du souc et ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchions.

+Petit dej, deco de l'hotel interieur et exterieur, bonne situation géographique, service haut de gamme(aller-retour à l'aéoroport en mercedes privé), piscine chauffé, resto l'oasis bien, personnel sympa, le confort des lits génial!! L'ambaince au so good vraiment très bien Le restaurant de l'orangerie n'est vraiment pas a conseillé mauvais service et mauvaise alimentation et le spa n'est pas digne d'un sofitel (tres cher et les soins ne sont pas pro) Bcp de personnel mais nous attendons souvent pour etre servi (par ex 2heures pour avoir un plat au restaurant sogood) mini bar n'est jamais rempli

Situação ideal para quem quer andar a pé em Marrakech. Igual a concorrência existente, dentro do mesmo patamar de oferta 5 estrelas, e muito mais barato. Ambiente fantástico e perto de tudo o que interessa Não tivemos tempo para ir ver o Spa mas se for como o do Sofitel em Munique é simplesmente fabuloso
