Beautiful gardens

Tablecloth at breakfast was dirty- unacceptable when cost of breakfast was £50!

We had very good support from the staff of the hotel, they helped us to reserve all dinners and lunches during the week we stayed there. They also arranged individual city tour for us, etc. Breakfast buffet was worse than expected from a hotel of such level as Sofitel Marrakech. Spa is good enough to spend there couple days.

Choice at the Breakfast was not appropriate for the hotel of such level.

The hotel itself and garden/pool area are great

Prices of meals and drinks a bit too high for Marocco. Internet price extremely expensive!

Amazing rooms, super attentive staff.. lovely accessories in the room such as rose petals in the bathroom - lovely touches! Gorgeous hotel.

Little bit out of the action - but in Marrakech this isn't necessarily a bad thing!

atmosphere & relax

The location was fantastic... close to the Medina but far enough away to escape the madness! The SO lounge was a great entertainment venue and well placed adjacent to the hotel. The food was a little pricey especially the breakfast! Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms were well furnished and very clean. All in all a fantastic hotel and I would both recommend it and return again myself.

After spending a few days in the very centre of Marrakech and a visit to the desert we checked into the Sofitel for one night at a reduced rate of 150 euro ( I think the room was marked as 285 euro) There is a great pool area which has plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself, a bar is located also in the pool area. We also used the spa area for a hammam treatment ( I had never used a spa before so this was more to get and experience of the local tradition) the facilities in the spa area, as a first time spa user, seemed very good to me. Dinner in the restaurant that evening was also pretty good, there is a nightclub area attached to the hotel for those that like it, though you cannot hear any noise from the hotel as the club is in a seperate section.

No complaints, a little far walking distance if you wanted to see the centre of Marrakech and the souks (probably 15 / 20 minutes). We had stayed in the centre for 5 days so this was a welcome end of holiday relaxation day.

The Club, "So Good", was extraordinary - great live music and a nice deco.

the best i sow and noticed the softel ftuff service is very good you do feel that you are at your home which is nice.

Le seul reproche sur ce bel hotel. Si vous ne prennez pas la formule Spa, vous n'avez pas accès au fitness, ni au sauna et hammam. Ceci n'étant pas spéciffé dans l'annonce de l'hotel, et qui était un de mes critères de choix.

Pas d'acces libre au sauna hammam,il faut obligatoirement faire un soin pour y avoir acces

un po tutto in generale , ottimo l'arredamento , sia della hall , delle sale comuni, sia delle camere. Ottimo anche il contesto all'aperto compreso l'arredamento esterno. Mi è piaciuto anche il servizio, tanto personale a disposizione e olto gentili tuti contrariamente a quanto invece indicato i altri commenti.

Un po troppo rumoroso nonostante avessi chiesto una camera tranquilla.
