Thought the restaurant and room service facilities were too expensive.Thought the staff were over-attentive

Nice garden and swimming pool area; close to medina; nice narbourhood

the beds are unconfortable, the main road in front of the garden and hotel bilding is not very romantic

Overall a very nice looking hotel but rooms were fairly basic for the rates charged and some things like shampoo were not in the room

Fitness room not accessible for 17 year old daughters

Horrible prices of anything in the hotel, absolutely not reflecting the real value, neither breakfast nor even mineral water included in the really high price!

Hotel food and drinks seriously overpriced, taxis to and from hotel 4 times normal price, staff very good so long as you do what they want, no regard for special requests E.G. if you have a traveller with special needs, shops in hotel overpriced, poor choice of food in room, hot country and no large bottles of water in rooms, not many english speakers, nude swimming permitted in a family hotel!!!!

Excellent hôtel. Personnel courtois et dévoué. Restauration de qualité de même que les équipements de l'hôtel (piscines, hammam, ...). A 5 mn en voiture de la place Jemaa el Fna et de l'aéroport.

Amabilidad del personal y muy cerca de la plaza Jeena Fna.

Prachtig hotel !! Zeer goede service maar je betaald er ook voor. Het nadeel is dat ik op voorhand had gebeld naar het hotel om te vragen of onze dochter van 17 bij ons op de kamer kon. Er werd mij meegedeeld dat dit niet mogelijk was, waardoor wij verplicht waren een extra kamer bij te boeken. Toen wij incheckten zei de receptioniste dat wij voor 15 euro een extra bed op de kamer konden hebben. Zeer vervelend wanneer je al geboekt én betaald hebt én op voorhand hiervoor geïnformeerd hebt !

tout était parfait, le service , le calme, le restaurant et la piscine. par ailleurs la situation de l'hotel est parfaite car suffisament éloignée du centre ville mais proche des restaurants en vogue de Marrakech

Albergo indubbiamente di lusso, molto apprezzabile il sotuoso arredamento in bello stile arabeggiante, compreso l'abbigliamento di tutto il gentilissimo e professionale personale addetto ai vari servizi - molto apprezzabile la possibilità di sceglere tra i diversi locali interni di ristorazione - ottima la grande piscina e l'efficienza del personale addetto.

Nelle prime ore del mattino avrei gradido l'apertura di un servizio bar , diverso da quello della prima colazione, ma non è un difetto molto importante.
