This elegant hotel is situated in the heart of the vibrant city of One Thousand and One Nights, at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains and close to the Medina ramparts.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the mythical and vibrant Djema El Fna Square, the luxuriant Palmeraie, the Koutoubia and the Menara. After a morning spent exploring, guests can relax in the rooms, which offer stunning views of the mountains, the outdoor swimming pool or the lush hotel garden from their terraces of balconies.

During your stay, make use of the hotel’s spa centre with indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, Turkish steam bath and Jacuzzi (for adults only). Alternatively, enjoy a snack from the poolside bar outside, or linger over the varied, international cuisine in the hotel’s restaurant.

Overall a very nice looking hotel but rooms were fairly basic for the rates charged and some things like shampoo were not in the room

Fitness room not accessible for 17 year old daughters

Nice room, garden and swimming pool ...oh and great location

Hotel food and drinks seriously overpriced, taxis to and from hotel 4 times normal price, staff very good so long as you do what they want, no regard for special requests E.G. if you have a traveller with special needs, shops in hotel overpriced, poor choice of food in room, hot country and no large bottles of water in rooms, not many english speakers, nude swimming permitted in a family hotel!!!!

Location of the hotel, very pleasnat & helpful staff.

Timing of the housekeeping could have been better - the room was often not cleaned until late afternoon i.e. after 16.00.

We found many members of staff extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent, but I feel if you are staying in such a hotel the spa should be accessible without additional cost. The breakfast was copious and delicious, with friendly helpful staff who served coffee and tea in record time. The pool area was well organised, and the pool temperature, though quite "fresh" was perfect.

One or two more senior staff members were impolite in the extreme. This I had been warned about and was disappointed that it still existed, because it undermines the enormous effort made by the rest of the very endearing employees. However one has to imagine that all the guests are not perfect "angels" either!!!

friendly staff and great breakfast!

We had difficulty alternating between the bath and shower taps, i.e. the 'button' was not easy to operate - took nearly 10 minutes. also, we were not given any info about breakfast when we checked in, and had to call reception.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful, excellent breakfast, very good room service with amazing presentation. Good location, secure, relaxing.

Not many people can speak english, mostly french and arabic. The beds were quite hard and the swimming pool was very shallow.
