    The location is good

The rooms are tired. The tap for the shower control was falling off. The over flow and plug control had lost it's cover. Little things but they make a big difference.

The location was perfect as you could walk to the center but at the same time you were not in the hustle of the city. The gardens were fantastic. Also the communal spaces. Great view of the city!!!

Although a bit old, overall it was a spectacular hotel, however there is a need of renovation in the rooms.

Wide room with nice view of the city. Good location, being close to the main road, and at the same time at walking distance to the Medina.

Some of the staff need to be more friendly to their guests, especially at the concierge desk.

I was with my friend only for 1 night.. It couldn't have been better.. They even let us keep our luggage in the room till 3:30 without extra fare.. I would definitely come back & recommend it to my friends..

The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The views over Fez are amazing and the pool was great. The room was big, the bed huge and comfortable. The bathroom big and with nice toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Has a minibar in the room.

The location is great for views but not close to sights - you need to catch taxis, head left down the alley as you come out of the hotel and around to a car park near the walls where you can get a petit taxi. The food and drinks were very expensive at the hotel so we ate elsewhere. No breakfast included in our booking and we were not going to pay 20 euros per person per day when we could get similar in a cafe for around 2 euros! The air conditioning in the room did not work (and is was 40 degrees c outside!) and the staff did not deal with our request to fix it adequately. Sent someone up to fix it who didn't. Moved us to a different room for one night but then back to the same room the next but still no air con! We gave up and just stayed in that room as were leaving early the next morning for the airport. Got better air con and service at the Riad in Fez that we stayed at at the start of our trip and it was only £30 a night and included breakfast! Not quite 5 star service. Worth stopping by the hotel to see the views and interior but i would not stay at this hotel again
