The staff was amazing. The location was great. The concierge Naima was amazing. The night manager aziz was superb. It has great character.
The hotel needs to be updated because it is old.
Every detail exceeded our expectations.
Wifi required continual repeated login.
The location and the view from the Hotel to the old City is very beautiful
It's very calm and quiet You have most of the things you need like resturant and coffee shop also a good spa The staff was so helpful and cooperate The location is so close to the old madina The room was so clean All rooms have beautiful balconies The Bed is so comfortable
The pressing prices for clothes are so expensive The breakfast not free There are couple if guys standing in the hotel entrance and they are talking all the time even i'm able to hear them each morning while I'm sleeping For muslims u have to be careful from the food since some of it are not halal The TV channels are so little and not clear I was looking for a barber in the hotel but they told me he's not there today and you have to go to the old madina for that Each time when i have a shower, the water gets to the room door , not the toilet door , I mean the room door . The air conditioning system very weak They said there are a WiFi , but believe me there isn't There are no any sign for the hotel , you will not find anything to guide you to the hotel, even the name of the hotel there is defferent, they called it : Palais jamai
We loved being in the Medina. Enchanting. Lovely family life unchanged from centuries ago.
Bathrooms in hotel rooms need repair of faucets and grout.
The hotel is quite lovely, views of the medina fantastic Danielle Mamane store down in the garden is excellent, lovely quality and elegant selection
Concierge is on the take for everything, they only suggest places where they take a commission, guides/restaurants/taxis etc. Organise your own guide from tourist centre. Food at the restaurant also terrible, so eat out its safer...
Location, bar, room view, swimming-pool.
Staff was good, except women at reception. There were 3 of them at one time, but in fact only one tried to do something very slowly. But anyway - everything was good!
the location is great
the hotel definitely need to be renewed very old and tooo expensive not worth it
The location is good
The rooms are tired. The tap for the shower control was falling off. The over flow and plug control had lost it's cover. Little things but they make a big difference.
CALM & VERY PEACEFUL.
The location was perfect as you could walk to the center but at the same time you were not in the hustle of the city. The gardens were fantastic. Also the communal spaces. Great view of the city!!!
Although a bit old, overall it was a spectacular hotel, however there is a need of renovation in the rooms.
Wide room with nice view of the city. Good location, being close to the main road, and at the same time at walking distance to the Medina.
Some of the staff need to be more friendly to their guests, especially at the concierge desk.
I was with my friend only for 1 night.. It couldn't have been better.. They even let us keep our luggage in the room till 3:30 without extra fare.. I would definitely come back & recommend it to my friends..
Not the staff or service
Beautiful charming old timer. Wonderful service and excellent location by the medina.
