We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for us. And we loved the restaurant on the beach, where the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was you were having a music festival and the piano playing started at around 8 o'clock in the morning, we were on holiday and so having this very loud (not brilliantly played) music being piped into our rooms was very disturbing and annoying.

I would thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel, and we would definitely go back again. Great location, great luxury, very friendly staff and we got a free upgrade - there was nothing not to like!

I stayed just for 1 night, it's the best hotel I have ever seen, the bed are so comfortable and the staff is making you feel like a star , breakfast is one of a kind , rooms are so clean and well design, location you can't find better than le medina, highly highly recommended, will definitely visit again for a long period next time. Nothing the hotel is excellent

Great hotel on the beachfront a few hundread metres from the city walls. Relaxed and quiet with a nice pool and a couple minutes walk you are in the old city with all the shops, restaurants city walls and fishing port. A great place to stay.

Great hotel, we had sea view upgrade as we are accor club members and the hotel was quiet. Lovely room, swimming pool and spa. Loved the hammam. Great value for money for a 5 star property in a terrific location. Outdoor pool was not warm enough to swim in, but a lovely pool area to relax in. The pool in the spa facility was available free from 7.30 pm til 10.30pm. It would have been nice to use the facility in the day as the outside pool was not warm. The spa pool being salt water was great - would have liked more of it.

Perfectly located right by the beach and only a 5 minute walk from the port and the medina. Probably one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Everywhere smelled very nice and clean. The beach restaurant is lovely and great food. Pool was a little cold but didn't stop us going in. Breakfast is extremely overpriced but you can take a short walk to the medina and pay a fraction of the cost.

Well positioned hotel close to the beach and the medina. The hotel staff were polite and efficient. Our room facing the pool was clean and spacious and with a very big extremely comfortable bed! The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it is fine and perfect for a long weekend. We didn't breakfast at the hotel as the price was way over the top. Lots of birds nest on the trees overlooking the pool at night which wasn't great for me as I have a bird phobia but apart from that, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would return.

Excellent hotel, offering what one would expect from a hotel of the Sofitel chain. Great, spacious and clean room. Relaxing pool area. Nice spa. Good restaurant opposite the hotel at the beach. Very good service. Everything just excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The junior suite was perfect about dimension and facilities. The room has definitely everything that you need to improve the quality of your stay in Essaouira. Complimentary water, espresso machine, fresh fruits, pastry and rose petals for a romantic holiday. The hotel is just in front of the beach and the medina is less than ten minutes walk. Unfortunately the real problem with this hotel is the staff. First of all if you don't speak french will be difficult to comunicate with all the staff. The receptionist is absolutely unprofessional and even if she spoke english and she knew that we didn't know a word in french she was always speaking to us in french and she was always avoiding to help us for any request. But she was an isolated case and of course you can still go to this hotel even if you don't speak french, but keep in mind that it'll not be so easy to comunicate as you would expect.

C'était le weekend parfait, après tout le bruit et chaleur de Marrakech. Je ne peux pas m'imaginer un meilleur séjour, pour la tranquillité, la piscine, et l'accès à la plage. Ne pas avoir le Wifi dans la chambre. Et la seule fois que j'ai pris la carte d'abonnement pour une heure, elle n'a pas marché.

Très belle chambre : lit immense et confortable. Situation géographique parfaite (la meilleure de la ville). Restaurant marocain très bon au sein de l'établissement. Services de Thalasso très chers (soins et massages). Internet dans la chambre payant. Douche défectueuse : problème d'eau chaude.

Hotel excellent et tres bien tenu. Service impeccable. Chambre avec balcon vers la mer et vue magnifique. Piscine effectivement chauffee. Restaurant sur la plage un peu chair mais excellents poissons et crustaces. Cet hotel est a 10 minutes de marche de la Medina. Transferts de et vers Marrakech organises par l'hotel avec voiture recente et confortable.

L'emplacement. Obligation de changer de chambre du fait d'un chauffage trop important. La climatisation ne peut pas être activée ! Pas de terrasse meublée comme prévu au contrat. Lavabo presque totalement bouché... Cuve des wc qui fuit... Une tv dérèglée Rare pour un 5 étoiles ! Restauration sans choix et chère.

メディナまで徒歩圏内であり、またSupra Tourバスターミナルからも近いため短期滞在でも時間を有効に使えました。 朝食は品数は普通であるが、質、雰囲気が非常に良かった。 タラソが日中は宿泊客が利用できなかったこと。

Très grand confort, très grande disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel et des équipements de thalassothérapie Accès trop limité à la piscine d'eau de mer, même pour les clients de la thalasso (i faudrait qu'ils y aient accès tout le temps sauf quand il y a des exercices collectifs, et pas seulement de 19h à 21h30)
