All the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. They all speak a perfect French and a good English. The hotel is comfortable, pleasant, facilities really good. We had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel. Well as for all hotels in this country, there are only sweet things to eat at the breakfast. As I consider this hotel to have the standing of a business and international hotel, I would suggest the hotel to propose also some omelettes and lamb sausages for E.G.

Der Pool macht was her, auch wenn er in der Nebensaison sehr eisig sein kann. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Bar bietet teilweise musikalische Abende an mit einheimischer Musik (zumindest als wir da waren), was sehr angenehm ist und auch von jungen Marrokanern besucht wurde. Man kann außerdem sehr günstig Billard spielen oder im hübschen und großen Zelt des Hotels draußen entspannen. Insgesamt wirkt die Einrichtung und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Standard der 70er meiner Meinung. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, Geschmackssache für empflindliche Rücken. Das Hotel reicht aber aus und der Preis kommt einen dafür entgegen sowie das nette Personal.

Goedkoop hotel (20 € voor een tweepersoonskamer met ontbijt in november 2011). Mooie kamers, rustige sfeer, ruime parking. Een aanrader om te gaan eten is 'Dimitri' in het centrum (met kacheltje voor de koude avonden). Ouarzazate is modern met brede wegen, aangename en niet opdringerige sfeer. Ligt nogal ver van het aangename centrum van het moderne Ouarzazate, een auto is zeer nuttig. In de onmiddellijke buurt van het hotel is niets te beleven. (Woonwijken)

Nous étions probablement les seuls clients le 2e soir. Environ 12 clients le 1er soir. Un vrai désert, mais apéro sympa à la piscine. Pas de carte au resto, un seul menu, l ' hôtel avait l ' air plutôt en vue de fermeture, fin de saison ?? Petit déj correct, mais pour le prix, rien à redire. Tous les restos de la ville étaient à peu près déserts, y compris ceux des autres hôtels. Resto à recommander : le Dimitri. Un peu isolé

Belle piscine, terrasse agréable. Accueil froid, impersonnel (un comble au Maroc !). Bruits jusqu'à 1 h 45 (sono à fond à la réception, audible dans les chambres) malgré plusieurs demandes d'arrêt. Petit déjeuner médiocre, indigne des Marocains.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money (during our stay at least!). Free wifi (after some geeky adjustments). Clean beds.. We could use the pool-chairs and leave our luggage next day before departure to the airport.. There's loud entertainment form the bar till late. The pillow sucked!

Gentillesse de l'accueil et du personnel qui a été arrangeant car booking ne leur avait pas transmis notre réservation. Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien avec jus frais. La localisation proche du centre et facile à trouver. Chambre un peu vieillotes, lits pas trop confortables. Couloirs un peu bruyants. Manque des équipements en salle de bains. Piscine non chauffée donc un peu fraiche en avril.
