Hotel Madrid is located in the center of the mountain city of Chefchaouen. It has a traditional decor and a lovely patio, perfect for relaxing after a day’s sightseeing.

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the medina and its close to the kasbah.
Difficult to find in the maze of the medina, wifi very slow.
the location is perfect, hidden in the labirynth of the medina. It was cleaner than some of the guesthouses I stayed at in Morocco, the bathrooms cleaned a few times a day. Quite a pretty interior, lockers available. The staff kind enough to climb the roof to get one tiny desperate kitten down. Very positive experience
Loved the location, staff were nice and very helpful, clean location and good price
Lacking toilet paper
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a very relaxing guest house and well
The location is great and very central. The front desk staff was very proficient at many different languages.
Very poor value for the price. The place is not kept very clean and the lock to our room was held together with one screw, I could have pulled it off with no effort. The roof top terrace is crowded with beds and has little to no room left for enjoyment.
The rooftop patio was excellent, beautiful view and a great place for those that smoke. Service-friendly staff, they brought trays of mint tea to the roof if you asked them!
The WC and showers were a bit dodgy, but it's a hostel so it's no big surprise that the cleanliness varies with what people are around..
Close to the action
This hotel is a back packer venue in every way. It packs way too many people in. This makes for a noisy venue where guests are up late at night making noise and every facility in crowded to the max. Karen Australia
the location, nice and helpful staff, travelers atmosphere, rooms are nicer than the rest
happening lack of hot water (in January !), bathrooms..
It was cheap and we had a twin room with a double bed each.
The directions on the website were nowhere near where the hostel actually was. The place was really cold at night, we had to wear thermals to bed, it was pretty loud and the bathrooms never had toilet paper.
The hotel is located in a town centre. The room we slept in was comfortable. The staff speaks good English.
There's only 1 bathroom for 1 floor and it's quite small and not so clean.
good location but not acceable by car!
got a room on the roof next to the people who slept there! was rather a pigeonhole..... shower and toilets are in a poor condition!
