Breakfast variety is too poor

Calm and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a nice balcony with pool view.

No wifi signal in the room. Breakfast must be improved. No restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of them around.

Suite novotel always convert at very poor exchange rates which means the rooms cost more than quoted.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location -- right in the center.

I absolutely hated everything about my stay in this hotel. It was a complete nightmare! My friend paid 80 usd per night while I paid 180 usd per night. Rip off much? Not to mention the 5 flies that welcomed me into my boiling hot room, whose ac refused to cool if your life depended on it. My remote control/keyboard didn't work either; it needed batteries. When i'd call the reception, they'd rudely tell me they're busy. Housekeeping never answered. There's no room service. The noise from the horse-drawn carriages on the streets is unbearable. All you hear is the clacking of hooves day and night. My friends were so annoyed, they left the next day; while my other friend moved to the sofitel -- which is marvelous by all standards. This novotel branch is a disgrace to its chain and its staff should be fired -- entirely! I lived in morocco and have been to Marrakesh countless times, in addition to many more cities around the country. Never have I ever encountered such a terrible accommodation experience. From beginning to end. Horrible! Stay away!

Very convenient right near the jami al fana. Had all the facilities we required. Would go again for sure

The suitbox never worked, though I asked the reception to fix it. The wifi signal was too low in my room: not possible to use it

The room size was good and clean

Very spacious and most importantly quiet, well sound insulated rooms, great location just a 20 minute stroll from the medina. Good internet connection and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The so called fitness room although spacious, lacked equipment, and breakfast could be a little more imaginative and varied.

Friendly staff, exellent facilities, good food and very clean.

Floor and table coverings in the room were grubby, didn't appear to be easy to clean. Despite having sun on it for at least half of it throughout the day, the pool was very cold.

Very good location in Hivernage district, close to Medina and Marrakech clubs, attractions, good breakfast, good choice for short visit

staff could speak english and were helpful pool was nice clean area nice but a bit away from medina area

air con didnt work take a full hour to run a bath glass was not allowed a pool area (which is right) unless you are Moroccan (which is wrong) bar closes at eleven - but other hotels have licences to stay open longer

lobby is dimly lit and not welcoming WiFi is so slow that it would be better to have none. You expect messages and tou see them the following morning.

It's an oasis of calm. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the hotel, although not that glamourous from the outside, is gorgeous inside and the suite rooms are the best I have ever stayed in. It's modern and well thought out. The swimming pool is a good size (at last) and the gym is ok and open 24 hours. It's walking distance to the centre. My room has a small balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely. I booked for 5 nights and then extended for another 5. There are free videos and music on demand and a cable for fast speed internet. Great to be able to make tea and coffee in my room and useful to have a micowave in case I do want to cook something. I could live here.

It would be nice if the wifi was better but didn't really matter as there is a good plug in connection in the room. Would have loved some weights in the gym (it's just got cardio gear). Really though there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly nothing was too much trouble the rooms where simple but stylish I would certainly stay there again.

I didnt like anything about the hotel the receptionist unfriendly, rude and just want my money, give me worst room because have booking.com, no view just over abondoned hotel and trafic machine, wall all over balconey

Stay away from this hotel, they give u very bad room, no view, and rude unfriendly. If u on diet its ok because no brekfast just some ikea food and the automat is extremly expensive. The receptionist worst ever have meet during my traveling all over the world just want your money

It was close to the airport is the only positive thing I can say.

For a Novotel I thought it was pretty poor. I booked a car to collect me from the airport at 3am, no one turned up, the reception staff couldn't have cared less - I am a 69 year old lady. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location. Very easy walk into the main square and most sights. Great restaurant out the front door and to the left and one block down. Free parking. Pool a god send in Marrakech. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely staff, very helpfull. Room is a good size and clean. Nice location close to the center and safe quiet area.

The breakfast is like in 3 stars hotel. Swimming pool on the picture looks so great but is not, the pool is very small.

Spacious rooms, with microwave, a small refrigirator. Complementary water in the refrigirator.

Not much choice at breakfast, especially when staying at the hotel for more than 3 days.

Great location, staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good,plenty to eat. Swimming pool lovely,fresh towels supplied daily. In general we could not find fault with anything, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thanks to all the staff there.
