Freindly staff and owner. Lovely food . nice terraces. everebody invited to eat dinner together.
Cleaning could be better
nice marrocan-style of the house
a little bit difficult to find
My husband and I we loved the very friendly staff, the beautiful Moroccan design of the hotel, decorations, the great location- very close to sunny beautiful beaches where you can swim, surf, ride a camel/horse, get tan, eat fresh fish in a small restaurants around. Close to a little souk, post office, banks with ATMs. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful plants and a lot of cats!
The WiFi signal was very poor, the room hasn't been cleaned and towels changed for a week, the shower cabin was falling apart and the breakfast was always the same: eggs (hard boiled, scrambled),typical Moroccan bread, croissants, butter, sauces, honey, jam, traditional mint super sweet tea and coffee. There were no many fruits for breakfast, just mandarins.
We met a new friends there.
Prices for trips was too high.
dark room, boring city, only for surf, no shop and restaurant near
Beside the view, nothing was likable
Stayed for 3 nights, it's 10 minute drive from Agadir which was perfect for us. Location was great as we didn't want to be right in middle of touristy areas. Staff were very friendly and we all ate together round big table at night. Atmosphere was great and rooms were lovely. Would recommend!
Really friendly staff. We went in June when there was no surf, word of warning! It was pretty difficult to find the surf camp - our taxi driver had to ask a couple of people for directions, others staying at the same time had the same problem, so make sure you print out a good map. The camp is further away from the busier resort of Taghazout, so the option to eat at the surf camp was great. The food was always delicious and on bbq night was free (possibly as we were staying a little longer than most). Everyone including the host's children all eat together around one big table, a really great atmosphere. We also went on the Paradise Valley trip, at 20 euros each it was the same price as the big tours from Agadir, but with just 2 of us we had a private tour which was excellent. There's a bus that stops every ~20 minutes at the bottom of the hill so for 50 cents a trip you can also go to Agadir or Taghazout if you don't fancy the beachside walk. Definitely not to be missed is the souk in Auorir on the Wednesday morning though, the highlight of our trip and only a short walk across banana beach.
There were no surfing waves in late June, not the host's fault at all though.
Sea view from balcony were stunning, hospitality by staff is friendly and welcoming and meals were very delicious.Over all, our stay at Aloha Camp was very nice experience. however the property is up on a hill so it is ideal to have a transport but it is worth it.
- good tarrace with a view on the sea; - location - close to the ocean; - a relatively calm place; - hospitality.
- We were asked to pay in adwance for the whole stay in cash, just on arrival.. - dinner (expensive and of average quality); - poor and old toilet; - WiFi does not work upstairs.
We enjoyed dinners together. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly. The rooms overlook the sea. Location near the main spots for surfing.
The shower does not have a lot of pressure and sometimes no hot water.
Staff View from terrace Room interior and ocean view food
The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly. One member of staff (Medhi) even worked on his day off to take me and a friend to another town to experience the views and scenery of Paradise Valley. Lunch, Dinner, Yoga and Surf classes can be included at an extra cost with no fuss at all. The place has a real family feel. The room had a great view of the sea and was very clean. We also had a shared living room area, kitchen and a balcony with one other room. I was also able to organise transfers to and from the airport beforehand by emailing the email address on my booking confirmation. Whilst on stay at Aloha Surf Camp I was also able to arrange transport to various places for a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying in this place!
Most of the visitor spoke French so it was a shame I didn't get to speak to everyone - That's not the fault of Aloha surf camp though! - Many of the staff spoke English and were happy to translate :)
Dinner Personnel Entourage
Difficult to find by car (at night, arriving from Agadir airport, big sign would be helpfull)
Excelent staff, good food (u have to dinner at their surfcamp, it's amazing)
Amazing time at aloha! Booked for a few days, ended up staying couple of weeks!!! All the staff - Absamal, Medhi, Jamila etc..- is very friendly and helpful!! Food is delicious, better than many (overpriced) restaurants in tagazoute...Brahim is a great person and a fantastic chef! Surf guides - Yasiff, Hussin and the rest of the crew - have lot of experience, they know very well all the breaks and always make the right choice according to your level and the daily conditions. Overall, aloha is top!
Sometimes there was no hot water, but - as far as I know - it is a problem that involves most of the houses in tamracht town
