Well built cosy apartment
too far from city, overlooks an olive factory with some strong smells at time
Hello, I would like to complain about this pathetic hotel I stayed at with my friends. I don't even where to start the list of the things which made our stay terrible. Firstly, it all started in the airport, when we showed the confirmation to the taxis and no one recognized the address. later we found out that the name of the hotel and address is completely different, therefore we had to call booking for an extremely expensive price, although we were lucky that someone did pick up the phone and helped us. Secondly, when we arrived to hotel, the staff didn't speak English which caused a problem in communication, but still that's is just a start of the story. When we came to our apartment there was only one bedroom instead of two which we booked and because staff didn't speak English we had to pay full price(for two bedroom), when we started complaining we were told that it doesn't matter as we are staying only for one night, that we can even sleep on the floor. Subsequently, two people had to sleep on the sofa which are definitely not made for sleeping, furthermore there wasn't enough linen so those people were also sleeping in their clothes, because it was one bedroom number for two people with linen for only them. Thirdly, we haven't seen such a dirty apartments in our lives. There was a dirty linen in a washing machine, the gas didn't work so we couldn't make tea, shower was covered in black hair, toilet paper wasn't provided, in the fridge we found food which went past the expire date. P.S. this a copy of letter we send to booking.com
Not ready to accept guests , accommodated in another hotel which was completely untidy , lacked white bedding and were not even a toilet paper and clean towels, the gas stove was not worked .
