We were made to feel welcome by the courteous staff from the moment we arrived, the Red House is small enough to give a very personal service whilst being a luxury hotel. 10 minutes stroll to the Jemaa El Fna confirmed that we had chosen an excellent location for our long weekend in Marrakech - we will return. |

The Red House is a small, luxury hotel with an excellent service: an authentic moroccan villa / palace with 8 rooms and a great garden with a swimming pool, where we have been able to relax. It is located at walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) from Jeema El Fna, the center of the Medina of Marrakech. We have had dinner in The Red House once, and the restaurant is mentioned in Gault Millault for good reasons: really excellent kitchen (but not the cheapest in Marrakech). |

The welcome by the staff and the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Also the location of the hotel was ideal as it was away from the noise of the main roads but it was near enough to walk to the medina and souks comfortably. At the end of the stay when settling our hotel bill, there was some confusion over payment as the receptionist tried to make us pay twice for the two rooms we had booked but fortunately we were vigilant and spotted his error. I do not think he did it opn purpose but just that he was new as he admitted. However it was sorted out and the other staff were very apologetic. A word of advice to othe travellers be aware of what you are actually paying and what you have been quoted on booking.com because the end payment will be in dirhams and not euros. |

the staff there is really nice and they are trying to fulfill every wish u have, room was luxur. and big with nice terace(Royal Suite). The hotel is at a perfect place in hivernage district between old town(medina) and new town(Gueliz).u can reach all important sights in 15-20 min per pedes.breakfast was very good and u also get newspaper for free, clean and big bathroom, towel service for the pool diner was good and i am sure its one of the best restaurants in town but it is too expensive,be prefered to eat in cafes in gueliz(cool hotspots like keshmara, cafe 16,cafe extrablatt...) |

Breakfast, the pool and our room were all very nice. The staff were quite friendly. The road noise was so loud, it was hard to relax fully although the pool and garden were very nice. The location wasn't that great and I wish we had stayed in the medina. Although the staff were very friendly they weren't rally very helpful e.g. when I asked about getting to the Atlas Mountains. Also the credit card machine didn't work so at 11pm we had to drive to another hotel to pay our bill. |

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very good location; it is peaceful and quiet yet it is only a 15 minute walk from the very centre of Marrakech. |
