Dla 2 par polecamy apartament typu Imperial. Dwie sypialnie z łazienkami, duży salon do którego mogliby jeszcze spokojnie wstawić stół bilardowy. Olbrzymi prywatny taras z leżakami. Doskonała obsługa. Prywatny transport la lotnisko. Hotel jest mały,zawsze mieli dla nas czas.

The Red House is fabulous. Perfectly located just outside the hubbub of the Medina, it is a haven of meticulous service and tranquility. The perfect Riad experience and one that we will be re-visiting again soon.

the pool was lovely, it has a relaxing atmosphere and food was good. It is the amazing warm, caring. Helpful, friendly and happy staff that make it an amazing place to stay. it was a bit noisy with traffic at times but got used to it.

I took my wife to Morocco for our 25th wedding anniversary. Having climbed Mount Toubkal for 11 hours the Red House was absolutely perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner and 3 days stay to recover! Everything was great from the luxurious furnishings and food to the lovely, courteous staff. Thank you. Martin and Kim.

Excellent friendly staff especially Abdel who was very helpful with restaurant bookings and general advice. Huge two bedroom suite with four poster beds in each room. Very atmospheric restaurant in ornate Moroccan style, serving lovely food. Beautiful pool and gardens.

Unfortunately the hotel suffers from road noise so the garden not as peaceful as it might be. Pillows could do with replacing as a bit lumpy.

Excellent clean and friendly hotel, colonial house beautifully decorated the two receptionist Abdul and Cevat were very helpful.

The Staff - exceptionally helpful and serves with a smile. They try really hard and make up for the small shortcomings of the property itself.

Fairly old property. Although efforts have been made to renovate but the age shows. Air Conditioner did not work, bathroom ( fitted with excellent, new bathtub and massage shower) but leaked heavily

Spacious lounges and bedrooms, comfortable bed, friendly service,free airport transfer, good, fresh breakfast, and staff very atttuned to making our stay happy and safe.

The hotel really is an oasis of calm & luxury away from the noise,pollution and mayhem of the medina

Very enjoyable. Kind and attentive staff who were eager to please. As there are only eight rooms guests are cossetted by the staff. Tours were easily arranged on a personal basis with knowledgable guides. Great ambiance at hotel which is well appointed, clean and splendid.

Only one night at the Red House on our way home to the uk - but we wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel was faultless and, at the booking.com price for the Princess room,brilliant value. Beautiful old, colonial-meets-the East style building, lovely seating areas/ decor, big room with bathroom and shower room, copious, good quality toiletries, mineral water, fruit bowl, cakes, coffee machine, breakfast in our room, great choice of breakfast (incl. In the room price), sunny, secluded balcony overlooking the gardens and the pool, tasty lunch and wine by the pool, delightful, helpful staff (eg they sorted out a restaurant booking when I couldn't get through on my phone), complimentary car to the airport. We would like to do a Spinal Tap on the score and give it 11/10!

Everything was perfect.

The hotel staff were very courteous and professional. The hotel has only 8 rooms which makes for nice privacy. We have stayed in several riads and liked this better. All the benefits of a riad but a little more solitude once in your room. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The room size, decor, and terrace were perfect for 2 people. The room was well insulated from traffic noise. The hotel location is perfect. Just outside the medina wall so you do not have to fight traffic in the small streets. Very easy to hail a taxi to wherever you wish to go. A horse-drawn carriage station is just 300 meters up the street as well. Full breakfast was included and was well prepared. We highly recomend this hotel.

Staff very professional, attentive and friendly all the time and not just at the arrival (thank you for the tea mint), a special word to abdel, the manager, for the advices and help we receveid from him, but also to reda, at the Reception, always with a smile on his face, for the attention he dedicated to us, and to abdessadek, the driver, who assures the free transfer from and to the airport (don't forget to ask for the transfer when booking) and always disposable to take you everywhere you want to. Beautiful room, with a nice design, an enormous balcony, very confortable bed, large bathroom with a hidromassage shower, a bath and excellent amenities. A bottle of water and a basket with fruit and local cookies in the room at the arrival. A very good breakfast too. Nice location, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Jemnaa el Fna Square or the Gueliz Quarter, the new part of the city, Great place!

No internet signal in the room, but ok in the Reception and Pool.

Everything! Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious food, the biggest bed I have ever slept in, beautifully furnished and decorated hotel and lovely gardens and pool. The location was perfect, overlooking city walls yet still peaceful surroundings and only 10 minutes walk to the medina. We explored everything on foot

The friendly yet professional welcome, advice and help we received from Abdel was exceptional. Friendly/unobtrusive staff. The location just outside the city wall was perfect enabling us to walk to the main square, medina and other places of interest. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We liked the personal attention we felt we were given as opposed to the impersonality of large hotels. The guides suggested by Abdel were well worth the fee and were very informative. The dining room was beautiful and the pool relaxing. Free airport transfer by hotel car removed the potential to be ripped off by taxi drivers, remember to ask to be picked up from the airport when booking!

Everything!! The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The room was marvellous - a wonderful fruit basket awaited us on our arrival. The resturant was first rate and the decor was first rate. We wanted to stay longer and we will certainly be going back.

The Red House is superb in every sense. Staff always friendly and attentive. Location excellent with easy access to Medina etc. Set in nice residential area with cafes and restaurants nearby. A great experience all round.

Super accueil et beaucoup d attention de la part du personnel

Recommandé par des amis, cet établissement a répondu à nos attentes.Nous souhaitions demeurer dans un environnement qui reflète bien les us et coutumes du Maroc et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et les services offerts (accueil à l'aéroport, aide pour nos réservations et conseils pour les différentes visites touristiques que nous souhaitions faire). Les chambres sont propres et les lits très confortables. La piscine, entourée d'un jardin, est agréable, très propre et chauffée tel qu'annoncé sur le site internet. Les petits déjeuners peuvent être pris à l'extérieur et sont excellents.

Bien peu de choses...si ce n'est que la chambre que nous avons occupée lors de notre deuxième séjour n'avait pas de petit balcon . Nous avons moins aimé le tapis défraîchi de la première chambre et la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Tout était parfait. Rien à dire!!!!

Nous avons été très bien reçu dans cet hotel superbe ! de grandes chambres ! la piscine chauffée ! le transfert compris dans le prix de l'hôtel ! et tout cela a 10 minutes à pied de la médina

Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Een subliem ontbijt.

Ik had hogere verwachtingen van het diner in het restaurant.
