The staff at the Timoulay Hotel were extremely warm and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and its just 5 mins to the beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food was good but not up to 4 star status i think. |

The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. They did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Agadir and a pleasant stroll to the beach. It is a 30 minute walk to the shops and restaurants but 'petit taxis' are in abundance and very cheap. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, the food is well presented with sufficient choice and attentive staff. The facilities are excellent, particularly the pool and terraces. The exterior and interior of the hotel and rooms are very good and kept in top condition. The only issue would be, because the area around the hotel has a couple of new hotels nearing completion, the landscaping is not complete. Dont be put off. It causes little problem because all the rooms look over the hotel pool and terraces which are pristine. It is clear from the majority of the hotels that are complete everything is developing to a very high standard. |

Very friendly staff, always trying to do their utmost best to fulfill their customers' wishes. Great with kids although it is not really a family hotel. |

The people who worked in the hotel were very friendly and they know what good service is. (Especially the people at the reception). When we arrived in the hotel we get a warm and nice welcome. They maked you feel at home. The people at the reception speaks good English and that is not always the case in Morocco. Because of the people who are working there, I enjoyed my stay. I wish them all the best!!! Because of the positive and nice people in the hotel I did not see bad things!!! |

The hotel staff is outstanding!!! Very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that the entire hotel is wheelchair accessible, which made it so convenient. Each room has a beautiful patio, ours had a gorgeous view of the swimming pool and planted areas. Dining on the covered terrace was a joy too. Beautiful pool view!!! Shortly after getting home, we made new reservations at the Timoulay for February when a nearby town has a special festival for the almond tress, which bloom in February. |

Very nice personnel. They do everything to make your stay better. They made us feel part of the family. We even got a bigger, more expensive room, because they thought it would be nicer for us with our baby. Hele aardige mensen. Ze deden alles om het ons zo prettig mogelijk te maken. We kregen zelfs ongevraagd een grotere, duurdere kamer, omdat we met onze baby reisden en zij de andere kamer te krapjes vonden. |

After the personel has taken us to the room we were surprised we get the junior suite in stead of a normal room. The price we had to pay was for a normal room. Next to this very positive point, all the personel was very friendly and helpfull. |

Very friendly staff. Granted check-in at 7am and breakfast without additional costs, tasty buffet. very big room takes 10mins to walk to the beach. however, it is situated at the calm end of Agadir's beach what is a big advantage. |

A request for a taxi took very long, 25 minutes, because the lady at the desk called a taxi driver friend and then went with us in the taxi without asking! |
