Staff at hand couldn't speak English. The location is not near any main attractions - total isolation. My wife and I were the only guests. Bored out of our minds so we terminated our holiday early.
The view over the lake and nearby mountains. The out door swimming pool. Though communication was difficult the staff gave an excellent and friendly service. The cuisine was very good. They also served alcohol drinks.

Menu is very limited and food seemed to be overlooked. Hotel empty at night as a result. In our room, loo wouldn't flush properly. Room was not cleaned twice during our stay and we had to ask for this to be done. Manager advised they had no spare key for our bedroom (to clean it) which is unbelievable for a hotel. No info available on trips, other restaurants, maps, etc. hotel relied heavily on one member of staff, who seemed unsupported in his role.
Pool was lovely & warm. Relaxing resort.

Not much to do or see nearby, but ok for touring the Berber villages in the mountains, car required.
Beautiful view over the lake from the terrace and pool, a splendid spot for sunbathing. Fresh orange juice!

Rooms get pretty cold in the winter and there is nothing you can do in the environment. It's really boring after sunset..
Beautiful view of the lake and customer-friendly personell

The hotel says they accept Visa/MasterCard but are loathe to do so, and become adversarial about it when you request to pay with a credit card. They literally forced us to pay with cash, which were already low on. This was very misleading. Also, there are no English speaking staff so be sure to brush up on your French or Arabic.
The pool and the view.
