location and breakfast, the guy serving breakfast and the parking valet are very frindly
do not spend more than one day there, nothing to do, try to plan something in the cities nearby.
Pool was lovely & warm. Relaxing resort.
Menu is very limited and food seemed to be overlooked. Hotel empty at night as a result. In our room, loo wouldn't flush properly. Room was not cleaned twice during our stay and we had to ask for this to be done. Manager advised they had no spare key for our bedroom (to clean it) which is unbelievable for a hotel. No info available on trips, other restaurants, maps, etc. hotel relied heavily on one member of staff, who seemed unsupported in his role.
Beautiful view over the lake from the terrace and pool, a splendid spot for sunbathing. Fresh orange juice!
Not much to do or see nearby, but ok for touring the Berber villages in the mountains, car required.
Beautiful view of the lake and customer-friendly personell
Rooms get pretty cold in the winter and there is nothing you can do in the environment. It's really boring after sunset..
The pool and the view.
The hotel says they accept Visa/MasterCard but are loathe to do so, and become adversarial about it when you request to pay with a credit card. They literally forced us to pay with cash, which were already low on. This was very misleading. Also, there are no English speaking staff so be sure to brush up on your French or Arabic.
There was an amazing view from the garden with swimming pool. There is a ping pong table and you can play pool inside. The breakfast was the same as in the rest of morocco.
When we arrived, there was nobody who could speak french properly and nobody welcomed us. The only thing they asked was if we were planning to eat there in the evening. The room had airconditioning and was clean but there was an unpleasant smell. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
