This hotel is an oasis. A perfect retreat. I only stayed for one night and my sister and nephew visited in the morning and the staff were more than happy for us to relax around the pool. We were allowed a late, anytime is fine, checkout too. Although more expensive than some, the airport transfer is well worth being ripped off by a taxi driver. My sister paid £20 for her journey to her accommodation.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful garden. Good room with very nice styled bathroom. Large beds. Good heather. Excellent choice of music during the day. Orignally or great classics, relaxed lounge music.

They have sheets with a blanked. I prefer a duvet in a hotel. Blankeds are always bit dusty. Not everything from the dinner menu was available. No steak...

The room is big, nice traditional marroconian room style

The staff is neutral, does not provide any helpful information, they miss a number of staff especially for the breakfast, only one woman serving all the people (this is a little). The location is too far from the city center, and if you need to call a taxi, it will cost you 100 Dhm (10 euros), but there's a trick, you can cross the street where the hotel is located, and stop by your hand, what they call it, big taxi (old Mercedes) which uses stransport by place, in the day each person pay 5 Dhm, and in the night is 7 dhm. You can these taxis from the medina to go to the hotel with the same price, all what you need to do is to go the big taxis parking, ask for big taxis to 'Route de l'ourika' and then tell them that you takeoff in 'station le bichet' (don't know how they write it, but just pronounce it). This place is in fact the petrol station just next to the hotel. Always make sure that you're going to pay this price before you take the taxi.

Good for kids who can play by the pool. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not good and for the prices that we paid it should of been better. Very expensive food.

The garden is magnific, with exotic and incredibly fragrant plants. Nice pool also and friendly staff.

The Tv's are a big problem in this hotel. The remote controls don't work and it is not true that they have satélite tv (only arabic channels). Also one of the air-condicioned machines broked down during our stay and the problem was never solved. The food in the hotel is also incredibly expensive and don't expect to get a normal invoice at the end of your stay.
