nice, clean room with all facilities like (small) bathroom, tv, airco. Good breakfast buffet. a bit far from the old Medina, you have to take a taxi (about 1 EUR a ride) - map with location of hotel on booking.com is not correct. |

Everything! the staff was polite, the room adequate modern and clean, the breakfast was also decent and the food on the cafe was also good, the location of the hotel is also very convenient with loads of cafes and restaurants around the Ville Nouvelle and the Medina is about 30 minutes walking. or a 15DH Petit Taxi ride. |

Good situation. The staff was unhelpful, unpleasant and even confusing. Big disappointment from the first moment. The lady in reception was the most unpleasant person we met in hotels in this country, we were feeling as it was better if we did not appear at all. That was unexpected considering that we have visited more hotels in Morocco before this one. In a nut shell: big dissapointment. |

Hotelkamers klein. De badkamer veel te klein. De deur kon niet helemaal geopend worden omdat het wasbekken in de weg stond. Een zwaarlijvig persoon kan er niet in. Bij de afrekening aan de balie betaalden we 400 dh teveel. Toen ik naar het faktuur vroeg, werd dit men schijnbare tegenzin gegeven, en ontdekten we de "fout". |

Redelijk gunstig gelegen T.O.V. de medina.Nette kamers en redelijk ontbijt. Wel rekening houden met verkeerslawaai omdat het hotel aan een doorgaande weg ligt. |

Kwaliteit van de buitenlucht de stad is zeer vervuilt van de uitlaatgassen overigens waar het hotel natuurlijk niets aan kan doen zijn ligging is op een nogal belangrijke doorgaande weg waar het verkeer constant aanwezig is. Dus kies geen kamer aan de straatzijde en liefst op de hogere verdieping |

soy antonio la persona q ha escrito anteriormente y kiero restificar porque me equivocado en las carateristicas dabas de este hotel porque lo confundi con uno de marrakech.....El hotel zahat al jabal esta bastante bien,es un hotel nuevo con bastante ambiente por la noche y buenas vistas(zona moderna de fes),el personal si te enrrolas es de arte.... poco...Nosotros estuvimos es una habitacion triple y estuvimos bastante bien... |

El trato del personal de recepción ha sido del todo insatisfactorio. Nada de serviciales a la hora de ayudarte a hacer alguna salida, cojer un taxi , etc.El precio de los taxis "oficiales" segun ellos, varia segun la persona que te atiende en recepción. Por ejemplo el taxi de ir al Aeropuerto pagamos 120 dirhams, para el regreso no aseguraron el mismo precio y al final costó 200 dirhams segun una chica porque el trayecto es mas largo y según otro trabajador porque trabajan con empresas diferentes de taxistas segun el trabajador.Un tracto completamente intolerable con las necesidades del viajero a la hora de facilitar la visita a la ciudad y alrededores.COMPLETAMENTE No recomendable |

Chambre correcte Buffet du petit déjeuner insuffisant, manquant souvent d'éléments. Personnel non professionnel. Présence continue dans le couloir devant notre chambre du chariot de nettoyage. Nous avons demandé une fiche d'évaluation de l'hotel à notre départ, l'hotesse d'acceuil n'a pas compris notre demande et nous a remis une publicité sur l'hotel! |
