Staff are most helpful in every way. Free wi-fi. Shower crummy, with broken tiles and ripped-off soap dish. Very poor faclities in bathroom. Room a bit shabby. |

The hotel is centrally located, buses to and from Nice stops within 50 mtrs. It was busy at lunch and dinner times. The staff were all friendly and helpful. |

Good location, clean rooms. We paid 200 EUR per night for a room with a view to the dirty courtyard of the hotel. There was a lot of rubbish. It costs nothing to clean it! |

Hotel was very central to our needs including dining, shopping and sightseeing. Easy walking distance to harbour and most tourist type venues. Having breakfast included in deal is good value. Staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Having baggage stored after check out until flight departure is a good benefit. Small rooms but neat and tidy and all you need for a few days stay. Initial room (bathroom) given was not cleaned properly, when we brought this to staff attention another room was immediately arranged and apologies given. |

Very close to railway exit, but go to info at station and go to the right exit! Room was ready early. Building site at rear. It was ok until Monday morning, then very noisey! Breakfast was as other reviews. It stops at 10:30. We were there just before 10:00 and there was limited choice and the tea/coffee was removed before 10:30. Worst was advice from Reception. We would not need passport for casino but we couldn't get in main casino!!! Luckily we could get in the casino at Cafe de Paris but still! |

Great location for visiting Monaco. Staff on reception. Fast, free and working WiFi. Good price for parking 7.5 Euro per day. Breakfast. Staff in restaurant. Small rooms. Renovation needed. 5 min walking to car parking. I recommend the hotel for very short stay. 2 days maximum. Visit Monaco all day and come to this hotel very late only for sleep. |

Location. Good price for where you are. Most staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned promptly and left very tidy and clean. The actual staff are nice but the manager is Italys version of Basil Fawlty. Stayed there before, he was just as miserable then, more amusing than annoying. The hotel is a `bit tired` in places but with Monaco at your feet who cares. |

Politeness of the staff, the room was a bit small but very clean, the hotel is in an ideal location in Monaco and terrific value for money. Breakfast was very satisfactory. This is not a resort ! The idea if you choose this hotel is to go out and explore Monaco, and return to the room just for a night's sleep. |

location was pretty convenient and the staff was friendly. The lobby was immaculate and the breakfast limited but nice. parking was a hassle just because driving in Monaco is difficult with so much traffic and one-way streets. The bed really was uncomfortable and the overall feeling of the room was a little run-down. |

I like the place in the city, very close to many intresting places in the Monte Carlo. We walked a lot there. Yes, was just one problem in hotel , the locker doesn`t work in the room. This made for me a some problem... |
