Front office staff were helpful but did not sort our the A/C

A/C did not work hence had to sleep with window open and then could not sleep because of noise of traffic. Rooms were in a poor state of decoration.

Really did not care for the hotel.

The rooms were not very clean and not nice at all for the money it cost to stay there. The room was very out of date and not worth the the money.

good location - 5 min walk from Grimaldi palace, cosy atmosphere, easy internet

to provide availablity to stop near hotel to unloda the baggage, otherwise you have to bring it from

Very good location to Palace and train station - could be better advertised however that it is really close to the train station.

rooms were a little plain but hey it is only a three star.

i loved the fact that this particular staff was so friendly was able to speak english and went out of her way to ensure i was able to get my reservations on trenitallia to milan, free wifi too very fantastic.
