Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum z mozliwoscia dotarcia wszedzie pieszo, autobusem (bardzo dobra komunikacja) lub samochodem. Bardzo blisko parking podziemny (wejscie po drugiej stronie ulicy)bezpieczny dla samochodu dedykowany dla hotelu i stosunkowo tani z rabatem dodatkowym fundowanym przez hotel. W hotelu po zamknieciu okien w nocy całkowita cisza - tylko słychac lekko klimator. Obok prowadzona budowa- okropnyhuk - wykopana dzura i wiszacy nad glowami dzwig przenoszacy ciezary. Wieczorem zamiera praca ale wczesnym rankiem pobudka choc wiele tlumia szczelne okna. Tragiczny widok z okna hotelowego na plac budowy i kurz. |

Location. Good price for where you are. Most staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned promptly and left very tidy and clean. The actual staff are nice but the manager is Italys version of Basil Fawlty. Stayed there before, he was just as miserable then, more amusing than annoying. The hotel is a `bit tired` in places but with Monaco at your feet who cares. |

Politeness of the staff, the room was a bit small but very clean, the hotel is in an ideal location in Monaco and terrific value for money. Breakfast was very satisfactory. This is not a resort ! The idea if you choose this hotel is to go out and explore Monaco, and return to the room just for a night's sleep. |

location was pretty convenient and the staff was friendly. The lobby was immaculate and the breakfast limited but nice. parking was a hassle just because driving in Monaco is difficult with so much traffic and one-way streets.The bed really was uncomfortable and the overall feeling of the room was a little run-down. |

I like the place in the city, very close to many intresting places in the Monte Carlo. We walked a lot there. Yes, was just one problem in hotel , the locker doesn`t work in the room. This made for me a some problem... |

Tea/Coffee making facilities in room.Bed more confortable.Clear infomation on any foods left in room, ie nuts etc if there was a charge for them. |

Breakfast could be a bit better, and some of the staff a bit friendlier. Staff did not manage to get us a taxi on time and just told us to try later, so we had to go on foot to where we had our appointment. |

Front office staff were helpful but did not sort our the A/C A/C did not work hence had to sleep with window open and then could not sleep because of noise of traffic. Rooms were in a poor state of decoration. |

Really did not care for the hotel. The rooms were not very clean and not nice at all for the money it cost to stay there. The room was very out of date and not worth the the money. |

Very good location to Palace and train station - could be better advertised however that it is really close to the train station. rooms were a little plain but hey it is only a three star. |
