Pool, friendly staff
Beautiful hotel and great location. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and the marina. Great views and fun pool!
Internet should have been easier
Style of the hotel
I was here before and the shuttle service was operational whenever needed this time it was idle all the time under many pretexts. I chose the hotel because of this service, because the location is a bit off the main attractions but unfortunately the management wasn't willing to operate it so I guess thats my last stay at this hotel.
Very friendly staff, exceptionally helpful.
VIP service for car !!
The hotel was in a good location. There was free hot drinks provided in the hotel lobby which was good. The rooms were nicely decorated, the bathroom was particularly nice.
The pool was closed whilst we were staying there it would have been nice to have been informed beforehand or offered some sort of compensation such as a free breakfast. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The volume on the TV didn't go above 30 and could barely hear the film we paid 9 euros for.
location , the room and bathroom are good
No restaurant, wireless didn't work properly, spa closed. Wasn't told the above before booking
Great location,great room,great staff
Free WiFi was very slow, have to pay premium to get fast download where other hotels give fast for free swimming pool was shared with other hotels and small with no bar facilities.
Location, value for money, friendly staff. Easy to access Monaco.
The hotel needs some renovation - floor gets ripped off. The pool is not only dedicated to the hotel and used by a lot of people from the surrounding apartments - a little crowdy.
It was far away from everything which left no option but to wait ages for expensive taxis
Excellent service provided by all staff members, free car service, booking for any turistic attractions offered by the hotel and definately a comfortable luxurious hotel.
nice and spacey rooms very friendly and helpfull staff friendly for motorbikers
I liked being down on the marina. A little more mellow and nice places to eat. Great, helpful staff.
Extremely helpful staff.
Valet service improved - was efficient and polite - aside 1 male concierge other were efficient as well
I been there many times - seems was sold - need to be refurnished - Bar was close not informed - Room service no breakfast after 11am - staff no answer thereafter - Concierge been there to long very rude should not be a concierge the little French guy - Girl for mini bar - knock at door same time open the door - I was undressed - I said hello !!!! - she said I knock !! rude unprofessional - no excuse - I felt some staff need a change ! When check in reception guy was busy with 1 guest was alone - no sign of welcome - I waited 19 min - then other staff took other client first - bed in junior suite far to small can sleep together in this bed I think 150 or 160 cm - I used to like this hotel going back tomorrow will try Marriot
The location is very good, near the fontvielle area and all the restaurants, shopping center and the old port with views to the rock of the palace. Our room had a side view to the sweeming pool and the sea. The sitting area was of very good taste, we really liked it.
The room was somewhat worn out. The bathroom, too. As if noone really paid any attention to details any more. The bed was small for two persons and my husband's feet were hanging outside. The matress needed replacement.
Walkable distance to all the restaurants
Staff at concierge downstairs very helpful and assisted fully each time.
Pool away from hotel shared. No pool service. First room no wi-fi until we complained and then upgraded us to suite. No room service. Service average at reception desk.
Location by heliport and business district.
Pity the restaurant and bar have been closed but there are lots of dining options near by.
Balcony / view Friendly staff Location
No dining room facilities No bar No room service Room and hall carpets worn Original room rate too high for facilities available Whe booking understood hotel to be 4star - but advised at hotel is 3star.
Excellent rate at a premium time. Thank you
My hotel room was very bad. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom, curtains torn, carpet filthy, etc. etc.
Staff were very helpful and the rooms are still comfortable
I have stayed at the hotel for many years and have always enjoyed the modern but informal restaurant and bar. Both are now closed permanently (I believe) apart from breakfast which is now a lot worse than it used to be (no fresh orange juice, no fresh coffee and cooked food limited to omlettes that are pre-cooked and have sat in a hot container for quite a long time. The only alternatives are take away menus in the room. In addition the wi-fi is charged for but very sporadic as you have to reinsert your details if you leave it for more than a few minutes. I doubt that I will stay again.
No bar or restaurant any more.
