Superaussicht auf Meer und Land. Ruhig. Zimmer entsprach unseren Ansprüchen. Obwohl wir selber nicht spielen, war das hauseigene Casino ein interessantes Erlebnis. Man kann sich den Besuch von anderen Casinos praktisch ersparen. Swimmingpool auf dem Dach bei Sonne mit Blick auf die Umgegubug eine grandiose Sache. Sehr freundliche Bedienung am Empfange sowie beim Parkingservice. Service in der Bar (Saphir) an einem Abend eher chaotisch und langsam. Mussten lange auf Kellner für die Bestellung warten, ihn noch auffordern vorher den Tisch zu reinigen und zuletzt recht lange für zwei Sandwiches und Getränke warten. Aus bautechnischen Gründen (Beton) keine WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer möglich. Dies geht nur in der Empfangshalle und in der Bar. |

View from balcony which is right over the sea and proximity to the Casino. Paid 38 euros per night for my car to be garaged n they left the car out in the open in the car park / returned it to me dirty and with bird droppings & then wanted to charge for cleaning the car. After complaining they agreed to clean the car without charge but said it would take two hours so we had to leave as it was.If not able to garage they should not charge that much to park! |

It is in a prime area and one of the best hotels in monte-carlo.Monte- carlo is a small city lots of buses available all the time. Check-in took time, rooms were not ready,which can be a bit difficult for couples travelling with young children. Apart from that excellent hotel. |

The location I booked a room with garden view but without any explanation was offered one with an uphill road view having to enjoy constant accelerating noisy cars before I complained and was offered what I had booked and what I was fully entitled to in the first place. I hate to be treated less favourablly before I was forced to make a complaint! |
