Amazing location. Very helpful and professional staff. Outstanding service. Hotel is in strategic location and has all needed services. Amazing views from rooms, restaurants and lobby. We loved the hotel, the service and the location. Will book again for sure. Pool was closed

The location, the quality of the rooms, the high-standard level There is no wireless internet connection in the rooms which makes life quite uncomfortable both if you travel for business and for pleasure. Internet is not complimentary and is available only in common areas. I have found the staff generally very cordial and available, apart from the service at the top floor Horizon restaurant which was extremely poor.

Location , very close everything , beautiful views , great pool area , easy to get anywhere by foot , a delightfull place to stay if you can get past the busboys.( See comments below) No wifi in the Rooms ???this is a 5star hotel in Monte Carlo where more deals are done by businessmen than anywhere else in europe and youve got to go to the Pool or the foyer to use your Ipad ? The mind boggles. Staff attitude at check in !!! Pleeeeaaaase help me Get this thru my mind Busboys who look straight thru you and don't respond when asked a question ????? I am sorry they don't respond to English ??? Well guess what I DON'T speak French and I am the Guest. If Prince Alwaleed a major share holder speaks in Arabic what are they going to do " Ignore " him ??? Like they did me ??? Mind you the rest of the staff upwards were great , polite and attentive , the concierge was very good and a wealth of info as to where to go and eat. Its just the busboys who think they are the most important people there. Well their NOT , if they went somewhere to relax and didn't speak the language would they expect people to understand and be more tolerant , I bet they would. If they dont like the English ( I am greek Australian ) get out of hospitality.

Good location,just below casino square,easy walking distance to many sights and the restaurants in the port. Front desk and concierge very helpful, we did upgrade on arrival to sea-view room,(small premium), but we were grateful for this recommendation when we saw the position of the 'garden view, rooms. Roof top pool is adequate and nice temperature, they do advise booking and paying to reserve your sunbed on the deck, but even in August this is not necessary, plenty of free beds. L.horizon restaurant has one of the best views in Monaco and the food is superb, as is the service. Would definately go back to this hotel

The location of the hotel and the sea view of the room is perfect, good air condition and cleanness of the room. The breakfast was buffet but I didn't like it much, I'm sure that it could be better in diversity and quality.

This is the second time in two month that we are going to this hotel, generally everything ok . Like last time , Vallet parking staff, disaster , no organization at all. Plus , Resaturant Argentin , inisde the hotel , super disaster , quality ,service and staff , only price very expensive compare what we get.

It is over priced for what you get I would expect to only pay £150 per night not what I paid The pool beds you had to book then pay a cost of £10 a day never stay there again with family this was a new thing I have stayed at this hotel about ten times and will not book again
