The hotel is in a great location and is 5 star, no doubt. Staff are very friendly and helpfull, and all speak english. Room was very comfortable. all extras cost a fortune, breakfast for instance was 35 euro. Beer 9 euro. But hey, it is Monaco |

This hotel was just lush. It was located in a fantastic spot right next to the Casino, shops and restaurants. Over priced a little, but I guess you get that everywhere in Monte Carlo. Hotel Restaurants were a little over priced too. But the overall experience was great. |

Very helpful and professional staff. Location of the hotel is fantastic for anyone attending an event at Grimaldi convention center. I am a frequent business traveler and I have to say this was an amazing experience. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation |

We loved the room - it was quiet and had a great terrace. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant - the service was great and the food was excellent. The pool was fabulous and had lots of sunlounger. It is a huge hotel - more rooms than we had thought - so it was a long, long walk to the room in very narrow corridors. |

Basically covered above this is our fourth visit here. They made an application to a credit card of mine without my knowledge. This led to my credit card company blocking usage on my card. This has led to a number of other problems for me. |

Very Swanky and they take pride in keeping it up! Great pool and fantastically decked out gym with weights, cardio and cool, fit looking instructors. They offer free waters in the room and gym which in Europe saves $$$ and headaches. The restaurant is great, everything is pricey which you'd expect. They can even vale park your Ferrari if you bring it!! |

incredible hotel to relax and entertain at the same time.Great position ,close to the city life and to the best shopping area.Even so i would not recomand the hotel to families with younger kids,but deffinately to travelers looking for fun. |

My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont for our 20th wedding anniversary with only one thing on our mind...relaxation and focusing on us...the stay accomplished that and much more! The only thing that was a bit annoying was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was okay in the beginning, but when we returned at the time given that our room would be ready to check in...it still wasn't ready then it wasn't ready for a third time...finally it was ready. and very nice. |

The third floor with room located on a common terrace facing the ocean visted by the Sea Birds (Mouettes) and I liked also the direct access to the Casino.Also the service is absolutely impeccable and all the staff is very very professional and trained, and treated me like a Princess (of Monaco)... That you did not mention clearly on the booking.com that the Spa and Pool were out of ourder and I had to ay additional entrance to the Monte Carlo Thermes. You should be more honest and clear and write it on the front page of the Fairmont Reservation page... And not in a little sentence at he page three of the ":terms"... Come on! |
