From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very much at home. The decor of this hotel is stunning as well and the location right opposite the casino in Monte Carlo is superb!

Simply Perfect

I love the uniqueness of this beautiful building. I also loved the attention and the services rendered. The food was always good and plenty to eat. My room was comfortable and beautiful. I had stayed in this hotel in the year 2007, with my family when my daughter got married. It is a good hotel.

I was not happy when I called for the concierge to pick my load on check out but no one turned up. I had to leave my load in hotel while I went down to the reception. Someone was sent. On leaving, I had to wait for a long time for my load to come, while my driver from the heliport and I were waiting for ages for my load to come out from wherever they took it to. Apart from this little episode I cannot fault the staff and the services. I can return to this hotel any day. I loved my stay there. Thanks.

The best location in Monaco.

What can I say - the location is perfect, in the heart of the city. A very chick and luxury hotel. The outside view of the hotel building is unbeatable - splendid. The service most of the time was fine, not extremely friendly (just friendly enough for the hotel to classify as a 5 star one). The concierge service was ok (I was a bit surprised when I asked at 9:30 pm a nice place to have some tea and desert and was shown to Cafe De'Paris, but not to a hotel restaurant or bar as I would expect). You get a free access to the Casino which we didn't use - had enough fun playing in the free area. Also you get access to the Monte- Carlo beach via a free shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the hotel - this we enjoyed a lot and I highly recommend. The spa didn't live up my expectations, nothing special.

The prices overall are quite high for everything, but I guess that is what you could expect from such a hotel. We stayed for two nights, first morning we had a La Carte breakfast in the room which was quite nice, but a bit expensive (even without the caviar I ordered as a surprise for my wife), the next morning we went for breakfast to the restaurant and I must say that it was terrible, one of the poorest choices of food I have ever seen (plus pigeons which would eat your food from the table while you are away). The thing that spoiled our impression of the hotel the most was the doorman in the evening - when we where returning from the Monte-Carlo beach we were stopped in the doors and interrogated in a quite rude manner where we are going (the fact that we came from their shuttle bus didn't give the poor man a clue, I guess I wasn't dressed up enough for the hotel - shorts and a T-shirt), when I said that we are going inside of the hotel, I was asked if I am a guest of the hotel, I said yes and then I was asked if I have a hotel key (!?!) only when I opened my bag in order to get it out he apologised and let us in... In short - a great hotel, a bit pricey, breakfast needs work and staff needs extra training.

The hotel stay is an experience in the heart of Monte Carlo Lunch at Louis XV restaurant is an experience in itself that adds to the hotel glamour. Staff are very attentive and helpful in all aspects and go out of their way to get requirements realized.

I liked everything! One of the best and most prestige hotels. In the heart of Monaco in Casino Monte-Carlo square. Beautifull rooms, restraunts etc. The hotel is for the people who wants to stay in glamour way.

шикарный отель. придраться не к чему. входит в единый ансамбль с казино монте-карло - строил архитектор гарнье оба здания. необыкновенно красивое здание! в сердце монако в 3 метрах от казино. заказывали эксклюзивный твин с видом на город -отличный номер! большой, расположен на развороте здания, есть балкон, вид на горы и фонтан перед казино. идеальная чистота. все новое. роскошь и шик. внутри отеля тоже очень красиво. младший персонал просто великолепен! если есть возможность, обязательно остановитесь в этом отеле хоть на сутки, чтобы получить представление каким должен быть настоящий отель и какой уровень услуг должен предоставлять. отлично передает дух монако.

завтрак не включен в стоимость и дорогой. в номере нет чайника, утюга. стояли в очередь на чек-аут больше часа.

La présence très professionnelle et néanmoins très discrète des personnels.

Классика в самом лучшем смысле. Полностью отражает стилистику Монако - эксклюзивно и дорого, но при этом ты понимаешь, за что платишь. Вышколенный доброжелательный персонал, лучшее расположение, стильность во всем (от интерьеров до видов из окна), отличный бассейн с морской водой, хорошая кухня.

Сауна 60 градусов :))
