The customer service was very good as we were not happy with the renovation works being carried out. The drilling on the beach and the fact none of the facilities were available as advertised for your hotel. Ordered room service was given a very cold club sandwich at the cost of 25euros which was very bland with a couple of crisps on the side. |

Hotel staff very friendly, very nice room, great view of the sea, good location, has it's own private beach area, great out door seating area. For the price I feel a continental breakfast should have been included with your room. If you decided to order the breakfast it was over priced, 33 euros or about 40 or so US dollars; crazy for breakfast. |

Good chilled out attitude, allows you to relax after a days business in Monaco. The daily rate increased over the two day stay - not too impressed with this deal. Like many hotels breakfast as an expensive extra €33 is a rip off. |

If you have a room not facing the sea, then you are facing the street. This is extremely loud. Also, the cleaning staff starts early. I woke up at 8:00 when the cleaning lady barged into the room. |

Size of room; sea view. facilities in room. Did not like the frosted see through door to the bathroom/toilet. Would have preferred separate toilet. |

The swimming pools were fantastic and a bonus to have the beach on your doorstep. Staff very helpful. The breakfast was good but very over priced £25 a head for buffet! Also hated the fact that everyone freely smokes in restaurant and bar areas. There is not seperate area for non smokers. |

El hotel es inmenso, pero está muy bien acondicionado. Sus instalaciones son perfectas para disfrutar del mar, de las piscinas y del ambiente selecto de Mónaco. La habitación que nos dieron daba a la parte de atrás y se oía bastante el ruido de los coches que pasaban por la carretera. |

Le piscine, la struttura esterna e la spiaggia privata. La camera ce la saremmo aspettata più ampia e meglio rifinita (il bagno) in considerazione del prezzo pagato. |
