Good location in the Monte Carlo district of Monaco, few minutes walk from the Casino and Hotel de Paris. Lovely large room with a really nice bathroom. We had a room on the 8th floor and had a decent balcony with a view of the pool conmplex and city right across to the sea. I'd definately recommned you ask for a room on this side of the building rather than the road side.... because your view on that side of the hotel would straight in to the block of flats opposite! We got a really good price (160E a night) via booking.com and paid up front to secure this rate so we thought we had excellent value for money for a nice hotel in Monaco. Hotel itself has a stylish and modern reception area and all the rooms and decor carry this design. There is a large car park for the hotel and we used the valet parking service..... i think this is very good for the centre of Monaco where parking is generally notoriously hard to find! We didn't have the breakfast as was not included in the room price... we went and had coffee on the harbour front, which i would say was much better value anyway! All in all happy with our one night stay here. Avoid paying the full room rate (about 250E i think for a standard room) as i would say it is not worth that... but if you can get a good reduced rate deal by booking in advance on booking.com or one of the other hotel websites i'd definetly recommned it. |

Excellent value for money.Very clean and fresh. Good location, great breakfast. Almost best three star hotel I have been to. as english speaker I would have been happier when they had understood me better but no big complaints eighther. |

internet service needs to be improved, and the fitness gym needs more machines for muscles excercise I did not like the quality of internet service, I had to login again every 5 min or less especially in the night. |

Good price for being a hotel in Monte Carlo. Breakfast was also nice too. All the stupid art! A bet some art-brain planed the hotel room. Nothing was practical, the wc was off and you hade to clean your hands in a separate place. When someone entered the bathroom at night the light shined through and light up the room. etc etc. Most annoying was the horrible sound (so called music) they played everywhere in the hotel. |

Bath + stand-alone shower in bathroom; large sofa; fantastic balcony with great views; outstanding room-service food for a chain hotel of this category! Excellent level of service; very comfortable beds. Breakfast too expensive for the quality offered (all major brand's food and processed); Although the bar staff and one of the receptionist were great; the other 2 receptionists I encountered were unfriendly & unhelpful. Do not look closely at cleanliness : peanuts all over the bar floor at 10am; probably there from the night before or longer; discarded clothe labels from previous guest in room |
