Hotel Facilities are fantastic. The pool is very nice.

There is no private beach directly on the sea. You pay for the internet and the breakfast is very expensive and the selection of food is very poor, especially on the first floor.

The best Hotel Resort in Monaco. Really.

The room, the view, breakfast, staff, location, pretty much everything.

Very nice staff, wonderfull spa & swimming pool (inside & outside +29c in February). Pool is free. Location right on the sea in Monte-Carlo. Plenty of space in the rooms, beautifully decorated and furnished, bathroom with bath & shower, huge balcony with table & chairs, drinks, tea & glasses in the room. Media system with various misic, videos and your account online.

1. Poor heating system in winter, +21 in the rooms, cold floor - not so comfortable with children. But I am sure, from spring till autumn there is no such problem and your vacation would be just great!. 2. The price doesn't include breakfast (35 EUR per person), parking (30 EUR per day), internet (20 EUR per day). But... it's Monaco, get ready to spend your money!

Excellent location,near beach. Friendly staff. There is a souvenir shop in hotel which is very convient to buy gifts.

Spa, pool, wellness. Great modern design. Big rooms. Service at reception desk, great! The breakfast was wonderfull. We felt very comfortabel. Valet parking.

High speed wifi should be a commodity in your room. Price/quality for food at the pool could be much bette.

I chose the hotel without knowing it. I was surprised to find it so nice, pleasant, fells good, relaxing. I would for sure come again!

I have been in Monaco 4 times. In meridian hotel, monte carlo beach, fairmount and now bay. And I need to say that it was the worst trip. Very bad personal, concerge, people who are working there make very bad opinion of this hotel. I will never stay in this hotel.. Thank you.

Evrything was perfect...the staf very helpfull,the rooms spacios and comfort

No sea ...?!?!???...there was a wonderfull sea beach near the hotel and you couldn't go from the hotel but you had to leave the hotel and walk through the road ....and of course no service at the beach. The location was at the sea and the hotel does not give you the satisfaction to have a wonderfull swim at it ?!?... The color of the sea was amazing...hot water...not too many salty ....l couldn't get the reason why ?!? The hotel does not have a more spacios lobby for the visitors just to seat and stay there to have a cup of tea or smthng like that...

The hotel and resort was very well kept up. Everything about it was beautiful.

The price is way too high for the average vacationer but we knew that going in which is why we only spent one night just to say we stayed there.

The pool was fabulous. Rooms are large and clean with great balconies. Food (apart from lobby restaurant) was superb.

The food in the lobby restaurant was terrible, completely under standard for this type of hotel and in comparison to the rest of the food there.

Very nice hotel. We did not pay for sea view in the room but we had it and the terrace was very large. Breakfast is great but costs 32 eur. The lagoon is amazing but we missed sea and beach so we sometimes left the hotel to nearest beach.

Laundry in the hotel: to wash one T-shirt costs 11 eur :)) socks 5 eur :))

We really liked the location of the hotel and the many amenities it had. The rooms and views from the room were really unbelievable. Everything was really clean and new. The pools were fabulous and very relaxing. The restaurants were wonderful. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of food. Also the views at lunch and breakfast right on the sea were breathtaking! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was one of the best meals we had in France. It was always easy to get taxi cabs at the hotel to get to wherever we needed to go. Monte Carlo is an expensive area but at Monte Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort we really felt like the price was really good and the staff,service and rooms were excellent. You can't go wrong staying here. We really wanted to stay at the Hotel de Paris because of its reputation and location but after we arrived and toured around we were very happy with where we were instead of staying there. Great hotel! Great city!

There is not really anything I can think of to tell that we did not like. Only one suggestion I would make is that they could have better towels at the pool. They give you 2 towels for each guest which is fine but fluffier bigger towels would be my ONLY real suggestion.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel with the most stunning outdoor pool complex. 20 minute walk to Casino Square and shops. Great choice of restaurants, Blue Gin bar is lovely for cocktails and the breakfast choice is excellent. Restaurant, poolside and bar staff are extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are comforatble and a good size, bathrooms are very good. Fantastic spa. All food ,drinks and treatments are very expensive as is usual in Monte Carlo. 2Nd visit to this hotel and would definitely return again.

Wireless internet costs 20 euros a day and only allows one user in the room at a time- so if 2 people have laptops/devices to use at the same time, you need to pay twice - outrageous. Sunbeds are not very comfortable and too few when hotel is very full. Close your eyes and your sunshade gets pinched by someone else!!!! Reception staff are extremely efficient and polite but very cool and unfriendly. Final bill included 1800 euro charge for drinks in the nightclub which we had not had!!! This did get rectified but have no idea how charges could be made to our room without whoever did it having access to our room key.

It's a clean nice place located at the east side of Monaco. Nice rooms and all services available. A free shuttle service takes you to Cafe de Paris with all surrounding attractions like the casino, until 7pm. Bus line 6 takes you through Monaco for 2 euro each until a bit later in the evening. The lagoon pool is amazing; sand on yr feet feels great. Huge numbers of life guards to keep an eye on guests.

We booked a room without breakfast. Be prepared to pay 30+ euro each for breakfast. Laundry service prices are a bit over the top. Same for drinks at the bar and food in the hotel's restaurants, but I am sure this is Monaco style pricing. The hotel is nice to stay for a day or 2 and watch Ferrari's all day, would not advice to stay a lot longer if you care about value for money. Atmosphere in the hotel is a bit distanced because of the average guest acting a bit too cool and rich for my liking. There is a great Italian restaurant at the main beach on the west side, nice place and value for money.

The rooms were big, clean, and modern. Our balcony was at the rear of the building but we could still see the beach because the hotel in on a point of land. The pool area was huge and amazing!!! The pool had beautiful soft sand on the bottom. Didn't even bother going to the beech cause it was so good!! Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Internet was €30 for 24 hours.

Excellent value for this very nice hotel.

We noticed too many kids in all of the pools. One had a bowel movement in the pool that we were sitting next to. You need to have an adult pool only!!!!!

Luxury and a fantastic impression to take a short break from everything and just chill. the pool area was the absolute most magnificent ever seen. Sand on the bottom of the main pool and great service around the pool area. Rooms just perfect.

there could have been a better transportation set up between the hotel and casino area. Shouldn't be a big problem to have a few mini vans with nice comfort and not a cheap bus going every 30 minute... or it was just bad communicated... Taxi in MC isn't cheap but what is? LOL

Nothing at all.

The whole team at the hotel are very rude and not friendly at all. I did ask for a checkout at 12:30, meaning an extra 30 mins which is very normal they said it is impossible. Once i was paying my hotel bill during my leave i did see the hotel manager at the front desk and she actually said it is fine, yes once i am leaving it is fine?! The first two days i had constant migraine from the smell in the room. They have mentioned online that there rooms has oak wood in all rooms. All i had in the room was the chemical smell coming from them. They did try changing my room after complaining twice. They actually agreed that there was a certain strong smell in my room, but all other rooms that were shown to me were the same. Had to sleep with the window open all night during my stay in the cold weather.
