Port Palace    

Amazing view, from the room, on Monte Carlo's harbour and the castle! Very friendly staff and very nice hotel!

The terrace bar does not seem to be a hotel facility. Terrace bar no Wi- Fi Terrace bar cannot charge to the room

We were happy with port palace 100 per cent...it was everything the reviews said it would be...great service, fantastic views of mariner, in centre of town and you can catch the number 100 bus to Nice for 2 euro return trip...for a scenic drive along the coastline....take your camera the views are great. I we ever get back to Monte Carlo we most certainly would stay at Port Palace again.

Not much really.

The design and appliances are outdated. Gym has only a few equipments, some of which are not functioning. No service in the spa area. You have to announce in advance each time you need to use your car parked in their parking lot. But worst of all, wifi signal really poor quality.

proximity to the road. bad noise isolation rooms so noise in the room. Breakfast at the hotel four stars in Monaco can be better.

they are restylong the restaurant,the breakfast area is the lobby, very crammed and limited choice because limited space. new restaurant will be ready on the 1st of april.

The location was fantastic ideally situated opposite the quayside. Extremely friendly staff that made Christmas 2012 a memorable one Easy access the main attraction Keep it up and will be back

Size of rooms, location location location (can't get better than this!), friendly staff gave us upgrade once they realised we are Monaco residents, the breakfast hall / restaurant has view second to none! The spa is sublime. Glass back elevators? Wow! Nice touch!

The fact that breakfast was charged extra (!) at a hotel of this calibre is out of proportion! No parking, and the hangers were a joke; only 6 for two huge wardrobes of 2 m width each! Need at least 20-25 hangers per wardrobe.

Very comfortable room, very clean. Right next to the port.

The restaurant was expensive for mediocre food.

Staff were not very helpful, rooms were spacious but you can not even open windows and enjoy the view. There was no lobby and it was very hard to have some time in the hotel. Not worth the money.

the internet is practically non existant

The rooms were fabulously spacious. They allowed us to check in at midday as the room was available. The view if Monaco port was the best. The valet parking was great. Teams very friendly and location for both port and casino was excellent.
