Benefit from a great starting point to discover Italy and the French Riviera. The residence presents contemporary architecture and boasts a tremendous location close to the golf and the marina and right next to Monaco.

Access to the hotel was not as difficult as stated in other reviews. appartment was fully equiped incl. a dishwasher.

Spacious and comfortable, new and clean apartment. Air conditioned. Very comfy beds. Very convenient location near central Monaco, casino and harbour.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it was busy when we arrived, they were very quick to process everyone.The room was very clean, comfortable and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to the casino, beach and palace. The palace was about a 20 minute walk, but the yachts in the habor made it an adventure.

You absolutely must get precise, clear and fool proof directions to this hotel. We actually were fortunate enough to get a person in a convenience store to drive with the 3 of us to the hotel. We couldn't find it on our own. The roads are narrow and curvey and difficult to manuver without good directions. The hotel garage is very complicated to get out of. Signs are needed on the many doors.

The location was perfect since everything was within walking distance. Big and comfortable appartment with fully equiped kitchenet.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to have a kitchen and to be able to cook our own food. The room was new and modernly equipped. The kitchen had a stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge and a dishwasher as well as basic kitchenware. Although the bed was a sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a "real" bed - a pleasant surprise. Central location. Air conditioning. Very quiet.

The hotel wasn't easy to find by car, we passed it two times before realising it was there. Look for a red sign! If you plan to cook pasta, bring your own strainer. Wifi could have been free, and it was slow. As we had paid the higher rate for 3 night visit (the rate gets lower the longer you stay), the room should have been cleaned daily. However, it wasn't. No oven.

The room was airy and well equipped. hotel was quiet and everything worked well. The location is difficult to find - best directions: leave MC railway station by the uppermost exit (via elevators) turn left when outside. Walk 80metres then take the terra cotta steps on your left. Up steps and across the Bel Respiro road. Up another 50 steps to Rue Bellevue. Turn left and hotel is 60m on rt.

the hotel was in a poor location for anyone who has difficulty with steps.

Staff were great...very helpful; some of the nicest French people we met on our trip; It was great to have our own parking space in their private garage.

Appreciated that they had laundry facilities...more than one dryer would have been nice. The elevator was not working when we got there and they didn't remove the out of order sign once it was fixed.

The apartments were new and it was a short distance to the City.

My husband and I thought we made a booking for a 2 bedroom apartment, but apparently that is not what we got. When we arrived, they had us down for a 1 bedroom and we were forced to shell out 200 Euros extra for our stay to get the 2 bedroom apartment...and they could only give us an apartment with a view of another building.
