Staff entered the (locked) room at ~10:00 AM without knocking at the door. They didn't say anything about leaving the room at that time.

Nice garden with pool. Breakfast ok. Rooms are large and conditioned. Good quality with reasonable price. City center is 15 min walk.

Hotel surrounding is surreal but intresting.

The kindness of its employees. They woke up at 6.30 to serve me the breakfast, certainly a personalized attention that you do not find in other places.

guy at the reception didn't help to carry luggage to the taxi. in a lux room no bathrobe, slippers and shower cap. no paper to write, no pen and phone book at all.

The only access to the hotel is down a dirt track about a ten minute walk from the main road. I expect the track will get very muddy when it rains. You can only get in to the hotel when the staff decide to answer the door. Breakfast is very poor. Stale bread and pastries. cold eggs. No cereals. Dogs barking throughout the night every night. We stayed for three nights. They advertised evening meals but did not do any. They said their chef was on holiday.

Staff was nice and helpful. breakfast was nice (apart from tap water in mineral water bottles).

Undrinkable tap water was filled in a bottle of mineral water at the breakfast buffet. Hotel Staff hired a "City Guide" for us. The "Guide" was actually the bellboy of the hotel and had no clue about the city. He had even problems to find the sightseeing spots and we ended up reading our travelbooks while walking through the city. This was definitely not a mistake of the bellboy, but of the manager not to be able to organize an appropriate guide for us.

It is a very pleasant small hotel located centrally and close to the main city square. The staff were both friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent ! I have re-booked for January 2013 for my next visit !

Staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to help me confirm onward travel plans. The room was huge: much more of a suite than a room, complete with a living area and separate bedroom. The facilities seemed nice. Had it not been October, I may have gone for a swim. The breakfast was filling.

The shower was not completely clean, but this is only a very minor complaint. It did not affect my opinion of the hotel, which I would recommend.

Fantastic room looked like the money I paid for it was a real bargain. Manager offered to help in whatever I needed. Just a quick taxi away from whatever I needed in towm.

Edward was very helpful, which helped a lot for things like getting buses out of the city. English is not widely spoken in the streets so this was a great help The pool is a real bonus in such a good value hotel. Although I wouldn't recommend the city if you are in Chishanau I would recommend this hotel. It is near the railway station but down a very quiet back street so you may need to look quite hard.

Only downside, the wifi didn't work in our room, had to sit in the lobby.

Доброжелательность персонала. И, конечно же, наличие бассейна. Причем в хорошем состоянии.

Nu este in nici un caz un hotel de 4 stele. Este doar o pensiune de 3 stele, booking ar trebui sa-l scoata de pe lista de hoteluri de 4 stele. Desi pare foarte bine pozitionat, strada pe care se afla hotelul este destul de dubioasa si arata ca dupa razboi. Camera nu ofera in nici un caz conditii de 4 stele. Camera de 2 persoane - s-a furnizat doar un rand de prosoape. Mic dejun slab pentru pretentii de 4 stele. La plata cu cardul se percere o supra taxa de 3%.

Приветливый персонал, обалденные плацинды на завтрак!

До вокзала недалеко, до парка недалеко - в Кишиневе, в-принципе, до всего недалеко... Но, до гостиницы пешком идти не совсем удобно, особенно, когда скользко. Ах, да... И тапками уже номера надо снабдить... )))

Frühstück war toll. Die Damen an der Rezeption konnten zwar kein engslisch, riefen bei Fragen aber immer jemanden an, der dann vermittelte. Zwar etwas umständliche aber es ging ganz gut. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr weit vom Zentrum weg.

Das Hotel liegt sehr versteckt. Schallschutz ist nicht. Nachts störten mich des öfteren bellende Hunde. Der angepriesene Shuttleservice klappte weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise obwohl ich für die Anreise ne schriftliche Bestätigung hatte. Bei dem am Vorabend der Abreise angefragten Shuttle-Service hieß es nur, dass der Fahrer beim Saufen sei. Kann ich zwar verstehen, aber dann braucht man keinen solchen Service anbieten!
