The price per night is quite high. There should be a special rate for companies using this hotel for business.

As always, clean facility, good wi-fi free of charge, very good menu in the lobby - better than the last one.

In the minibar tasty Moldovan wines are stored. I used to be regular guest there, but I did not succeed to find corkscrew in the room so far.

Good place to be, only the mainteness of the streets by the city councel is very bad. The new trollies are very good, the old busses are in very bad maintenance conditions.

Firstly, hotel have a good location and it's very important for me. By the way, breakfast very tasty. For me it is enough. Totally good hotel for a short trip.

The room was very large, comfortable and had everything one needs. The restaurant is very nice with good food, try the apple strudle, the best ever. A very friendly & helpful waitress also. I can't say the same for the male receptionist, who was very unfriendly.

The location is a bit quiet and scruffy making it a little nervy regarding security, as we were approached by a couple of young guys requesting money, they certainly seemed threatening in the quiet street. We did get away safely however. We are very well travelled couple so don't get nervous too often.

Overall very nice stay. Very nice, polite and helpful staff; very large rooms, nice breakfast. Hotel's travel agent was very helpful and arranged trips (to Tiraspol and local vinyards) at very short notice. While interior / reception area isn't as stylish as the newer 5 star hotels (we arrived from the Hilton in Bucharest), we very much enjoyed this hotel. While you have to walk a little bit to the city centre / parks, we would book this hotel again on our next trip to Chisinau.

It was a very comfortable and friendly hotel, and totally suited my requirements. I want to stay in this hotel, when I return to Chisinau.

I liked location, price and expected standard services.

Probably too standard, you could not feel that you are in Moldova, only few wines could remind, cousine is modest and do not use the fact that Moldova in August has plenty of fruits and vegetables fresh and good. So, cousine is a week point.

The staff did their best to make sure I had good service.

The hotel restaurant took far too long to serve food in the evenings. The first time I wasn't informed there was a "delay" until I enquired - even then the time got extended again. The second time I called down from my room to ask when it would be ready but even then it was a further 15 minutes until I got the meal. This was not satisfactory.

Excellet location very close to the city center. Lovely small hotel with intimate feeling. Very nice and spacious rooms with good a/c, essential because in Chisanau temperature was more than 30c. Good breakfast, in weekends until 11 am. In my opinion the only option in Chisinau! Good knowledge about locat sights at front desk.

Hotel decoroso, pulito, abbastanza piccolo, funzionale. Ottimo WiFi a larga banda, gratuito a cui si possono collegare vari dispositivi contemporaneamente. Colazione a buffet soddisfacente. Personale gentile. Ampia e comoda doccia. Buona posizione, abbastanza vicina al centro, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi.

Nessuna lamentela. Volendo trovare qualcosa, l'arredamento e' piuttosto anonimo e non c'e' una stazione di taxi nelle vicinanze, per cui occorre farli chiamare al telefono e aspettare circa 5 minuti.
