Everything was great!

Staff are very helpful, polite and wonderful. Free wi-fi with very good signal anywhere in hotel.

Hotel is middle of nowhere between city center (15 minutes by car) and airport (about 10 minutes). Spa is not free even for guests, and its not cheap either. Shower in junior suit lacked pressure.

Amazing hotel with a great service and  relaxing atmosphere, especially spa areas, were I could enjoy the jacuzzi ,turkish hammam,finish sauna and a professional massage after a hard day. The room was clean,warm, beautiful and classy. Everything was well organized,the staff kindly and the food excellent. Especially I appreciated that the waiter proposed to prepare for me breakfast earlier because I had to leave at 6:00 am and also a fruit plateau as a gift from hotel on evening.Also is convenient because  the shift to the airport takes only 3 minutes with the hotel car. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I sincerely recommend to you to accommodate and enjoy this wonderful place!

No smoking in rooms.

Hotel staff friendly and wonderful. Guests must understand that staff even at very nice hotels are not paid enough to have a decent life, so small tips for everything are not only the right thing to do, they also result in the staff liking you and wanting to make your stay as nice as possible. If you're too cheap to tip, then you're too cheap to stay at a nice hotel - just stay home. Some staff spoke English very well, others fairly well, and those that did not were quick to get an English-speaking staff person to help. Nice style of hotel, the courtesy car and airport pickup convenient and free. Food in restaurant was always very good. Price very reasonable for the hotel quality and for the staff service.

Stayed in mid-December, and the hotel and especially the rooms were very cold. When asked to do so, the hotel staff would immediately turn up the heat in the hotel, but it took way too long for the rooms to get warm after they had become cold due to the hot water radiator heating system. This is obviously ownership's fault, not the staff. I own commercial property, so to the owners I say "Since you make enough during the peak season to survive during the off-season, you must keep your hotel warm enough in winter that guests are comfortable or people with money like me will stay at another hotel where the hotel and rooms are warm!"

все было замечательно! просторные, чистые, комфортабельные номера ,современный интерьер,очень хорошее месторасположение и отличные завтраки.классная фишка гостиничного комплекса ресторан в национальном стиле''крама''где чувствуется уют и тепло,не говоря уже о шикарном ресторане в классическом стиле. не меньше меня поразили сауны в персидском и японском стиле.еще весна но уже интригует открытый сезонный бассейн с летней терассой. в общем все соответствует пятизвездочному статусу,остался очень довольным!!! я буду всегда туда возвращатся.рекомендую!!!

Udendørs restauranten. Wifi virkede fint.

Air condition virkede ikke. De sagde at der ikke var strøm nok. Da der kom nogle landsmænd og holdte fest virkede pludselig, mens de var der. Morgenmaden var direkte ussel. Tørt brød, kaffe og youghurt og noget ikke særligt tiltalende skinkekød. Ved afregning syntes de bare at jeg skulle taste min pinkode, uden at få hverken regning eller beløb oplyst, men efter anmodning fik jeg dog regning at se, og den var fin nok. Bare ikke uddannet personale. Alt dette skal ses i lyset af at de proklamerer sig som 5 stjernet hotel. Der skal mindst en stjerne af.

Tres loin du centre ville ; hotel sans vie et tres ennuyeux ; tres cher par rapport a d autres hotels mieux placés ... pas de possibilité de change de monnaie service tres long

Friendly employees, good admosphere, close to the airport, room was ok, free Wifi, clean and the food in the restaurant tasted good.

No complementary water in the room, expensive airport transfer 10 euro.

Near the airport, confort, terace-restaurant.

attitude of the staf, noisy if you stay with open window , breakfast not at the level of hotel
