Locatia centrala usor de gasit, foarte curat, tot ce doresti este la locul lui. Poate ar fi fost bine ca televizorul sa fie in camera si nu in living, dar asta e doar o chestie de gust, nu un minus :)

Locurile de parcare cam inghesuite si straduta de acces din spatele cladirii cu apartamentele este plina de gropi, dar asta nu e din vina gazdelor.

Appartamento moderno, ben arredato e pulito. Ottimo riscaldamento, si stava in maniche corte nonostante fuori ci fossero -9° di giorno e -15° di notte.

L'ingresso e le scale fatiscenti fanno temere il peggio ma aperta la porta dell'appartamento si trova un altro mondo, come in un film.

There was very friendly staff, very gracious.

The building was under construction and it was very difficult to find the entrance. Even after asking people whos businesses were located in the same building, they did not know the hotel... One morning there was a small flood in the bathroom...

Clean, spatious and in a good location with friendly and helpful staff.

On our late evening arrival Antonio met us outside the apartments. First impressions of the exterior of the building we wondered if we had made the right decision but Antonio assured us that the area was safe and we wouldn't have any problems. Once inside the apartments we were amazed at how lovely and spacious they were. They were nicely decorated and had all mod cons. Breakfast was served at the Hotel Codru, just a pleasant walk thought the park across the road from the apartments. Would highly recommend these apartments, thank you Antonio.

We changed the location due to some pipeline troubles in the booked and assigned apartment and the alternative location was within strolling distance from the restaurant for breakfast

прекрасное расположение отеля в центре города в непосредственной близости от двух чудесных скверов. персонал приветливый и чутко относящийся к пожеланиям. причудливая планировка аппартаментов под номером 2 с большой душевой комнатой и спальней. завтрак накрывают в отеле Codru в 5 минутах ходьбы от особняка, в котором расположен отель. завтрак представляет собой шведский стол, яичницу и омлет из выбранных ингридиентов готовит повар. для постящихся (мой визит пришёлся на время великого поста) организован выбор из нескольких блюд - это сырые и запечённые овощи; фрукты, сухофрукты, орехи. а также три горячих блюда из овощей, фасоли и картофеля.

первоначально испугал довольно ветхий внешний вид здания и состояние подъездов, что однако было компенсировано впечатлением от прекрасного ремонта внутри самих аппартаментов. впрочем, судя по всему, лестничное пространство находится на этапе ремонта.

Entrata da dietro dell'edificio può risultare poco sicura di sera.

Situato al centro della città l'appartamento è confortevole, ben riscaldato e Ludmila è molto gentile.

Le scale di accesso sono messe male ma l'appartamento è confortevole e non ci si fa più caso.

Хороший отель. Расположен на улице со всеми дорогими бутиками, между Гучи и Бербари. Не очень новый но чистенький. Очень приятный персонал.

Der Gastgeber ( Vermieter ) Antonio Romero ist ein Gastgeber der alten Schule, freundlich, auskunftstark und sehr dienstbeflissen.Antonio hat im ehemaligen Hotel Suisse einige Appartements gekauft und sich als Spanier in Chisinau niedergelassen. Unser Apartment lag an der Blv. Stefan Cel Mare genau gegenüber der Statue des geliebten Nationalhelden Moldawiens Stefan der Grosse.

Il s agit d un appartement,et non pas d un hotel,tenu par le propriètaire (catalan) Situation parfaite en centre ville. Immeuble assez vétuste,vu de l extérieur,mais appartement rénové avec gout et disposant de tous le confort moderne.

Disponibilité sans faille de la gérante de la location de cet appartement (nous lui avons donné RDV à minuit pour les clés car nous avions du retard!). Excellente localisation, à un pas du Bd Stefan Cel Mare, le coeur de Chisinau. Appartement grand et propre. Les nuits sont calmes. Les propriétaires (qui vivent au dessus) sont sympas et font également tout pour faciliter notre séjour. Parking dans la cour.

Le problème principal: le petit-déjeuner. On reçoit un bon permettant d'aller prendre son petit-dej dans une "cafétéria" non loin de l'appartement. Le personnel n'était pas au courant, il a fallu payer (remboursé cependant par la gérante de l'appart'). Le deuxième jour il était carrément fermé! Wifi défaillante. Je recommande toutefois pour le bon rapport qualité/prix et l'excellente localisation (sans prendre l'option "petit-dej" toutefois.

Pozitie centrala, facilitatile camerei, curatenie, personal amabil. Recomandat pentru cei care viziteaza orasul sau pentru afaceri.

Micul dejun in alta locatie, zgomotul strazii poate deranja daca este o manifestare in centrul orasului.

Alles top: super Lage, gutes nicht reichhaltiges, aber solides Frühstück im Restaurant um die Ecke (incl.), nette und stets hilfsbereite Vermieter. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, wo man sich super selbst verpflegen kann. Im Apartment alles neu: Möbel, Matratzen, Bad. Im Treppenhaus derzeit noch Renovierungsarbeiten, die aber nicht stören. Das tollste ist die Lage. Hotspot im Zentrum auf der Hauptrinkaufsstrasse, wo sich das Leben von Chisinau abspielt. Zug Clubs um die Ecke, Parks, Cafés, Restaurants, Malls.. WiFi incl., auf Anruf neue Handtücher o.ä. Gefallen.

Einziger Negativkritikpunkt: das WiFi funktionierte schlecht bis gar nicht, der Duschkopf im Bad hat so gespritzt, dass alles immer unter Wasser stand- nur man selbst blieb trocken... :):):) aber ich denke, bei diesem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man darüber schmunzeln.

Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, grosse Zimmer mit "ost" Luxus - was auch seinen Charm hat - es fehlt an nichts

Ja, Buero ist etwas versteckt, aber es gibt Pfeile. Fruhstuck ok, nicht im Haus wo Zimmer ist
