bed not made (ever), room not cleaned (ever), access by ringing bell only, wi-fi OK for e-mail but not for high-volume (e.g. skype), dogs barking all night, electricity fire risk, position is over the hill (tedious walk) although area probably quite safe (lots of security guards) but still a bit scary at night.

The receptionist was very helpful even though she did not speak English and we did not speak Russian. She was available to let us in when we arrived after midnight and when a friend also staying needed to book a cab for 5am she was also available for an alarm call and to inform him when the cab arrived. A very friendly hotel.

The hotel only takes cash despite the information saying that credit card facilities were available.

Free parking in a private garage, free WiFi, clean and comfortable room, good for the price.

The lady there didnt speak english (she was native russian), and it was difficult to communicate with. And location was a bit far from the city center about 30 mins walk or 2 stops for bus, about 30 local currency by taxi. Only cash is available for the fee. No city map was available, so you should get it somewhere in the center if you need.

I would like to have more towels and cups for tea!

абсолютно тихое и располагающее к спокойному отдыху место.

очень сложно найти отель в темное время суток. искали с таксистом(!!!) минут 20, нет указателей. не предусмотрен завтрак. была попытка администратора за номер для некурящих получить большую сумму, хотя предпочтения были указаны заранее .рассчитаться кредитной картой оказалось невозможным.

Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал

1.не работает заявленный wi-fi 2.очень холодно в номере и в ванной комнате при этом если после моей просьбы прибавили отопление и в номере стало сносно то в ванной комнате по прежнему было очень холодно и конечно принимать душ-настоящая пытка

Грязно! Очень грязно! Никакой санитарии в ванной. Кухни нет совсем. Впечатление что это просто забегаловка для парочек на ночь или на часок.

Tanya at Vila Olga "hotel" is nice. But I wish I stayed somewhere else in the city (I.E. Hotel Europa) for the money. I paid 34 Euro and I would have paid 57 Euro at Hotel Europa (close to the embassies and with air conditioning and a good restaurant)--I lost my savings on the hotel by spending much more money and time in taxis to go closer to the busier parts of the city. Vila Olga helped me lose weight by not having a breakfast. Vila Olga saved me from wasting time on the internet by not having a good connection.

No air conditioning (Chisinau is very hot in the summer months). No breakfast. No restaurant. Taxis do not know about this hotel and they must look on maps. Internet WiFi is not strong enough for Skype, and the connection drops often. The bathroom had a tiny, and very used and unclean bar of soap on the sink and an even more horrible used tiny bar of soap in the shower. Villa Olga is not a hotel, it is an apartment building hidden away from the city, with all activities and restaurants far away. When I needed a taxi it was a minimum ten minute wait and one time it was a 45 minute wait--so I was late to an appointment at the embassy. Tanya at the "hotel" required me to pay for the night in cash-- even though booking.com will charge my bank card Visa.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms recently refurbished. Reasonable facilities (small swimming pool, pool table, bar, wireless).

Extra charge to use the pool/sauna. Location near to nice area but a bit far from the town centre.
