Occupying a privileged hilltop position in the Pinjes neighbourhood, the Adriatic Rooms offers views of the Mediterranean. The closest beach lies 450 metres away. We were there off season, and there was not much going on, but found the staff very helpfull. Off season, but no problems.

The apartment is situated on a hill, it's perfect for 4 persons, it has 2 clean rooms, an open space kitchen, a big terrace with view at the see. The owner is very nice and wants help you with everything you need. We had everything we need in the apartment and nothing more. It was a good quality/price report. We liked the apartment, but we didn't like the location (Ulcinj) - it was a very crowded and noisy resort, except Ada Beach - a clean and quiet beach, with jazz and oldies music - perfect for relaxation. Please read everything about Ulcinj (lifestyle, music, people) before leaving and if you think this location fits for you, then you should choose Rooms Adriatic.

The staff was very nice,ready to help 24/7,apartment is big enough,clean,the view is beautiful Acces rapid in oras sau la plaja numai cu masina,netul mai cade Recomand destinatia Ulcinj manelistilor si cocalarilor care se vor simti in elementul lor,plaja locala este foarte mica si murdara,apa la fel,inghesuiala,galagie,cersetori,oameni prea bronzati

The apartment has helped people find the questioning because navigation did not show. Very hospitable hosts. Fantastic view through the window into the sea. A large terrace. The best beach to go out of town about 5-8 km. There spacious beach (Velika plaza or Ada Bojana direction) . Near the beach parking walks albanian and collect money for car protection. Its illegal and therefore did not pay and threatened the police quickly refreated. Other have seen paid 5 eur. Parking at the apartment only for 3 cars and 20 meters is a lot parking (free). Walk to the city center easy landed on the mountain in 20 min. Howevere the return will have to climba mountain road or a txi if you drank a lot of rakija. All in all a good apartment in which i spent the whole week. If you should choose it again i would do the some option. In addition to the poles lived in was very noisy. But they are already so much like the russians very pushy and despiteful.

Tágas, kényelmes, új bútorokkal berendezett szálláshely a domtetőn, kedves, figyelmes vendéglátókkal. A panoráma mesés, az ára igazán nagyon alacsony, de kár, hogy mindez Ulcinj városában érhető el. Ulcinj városa napjainkban is pontosan ugyanolyan, amilyen a történelme.

Vsetko bolo v poriadku, akurat ze sme museli od mora stupat prudko hore (cca 150m vyskovych), co nas poriadne unavovalo a ked to mate absolvovat niekolkokrat do dna, tak to nie je bohvieco

Gościnność obsługi, dobrze wyposarzone pokoje, wygodne I w dobrej lokalizacji. Drobnym mankamentem była wielkość ręczników hotelowych.

Гостепреимные хозяева. Красивый, очень большой номер. Вид из окна - на море. Пляж песчаный, море чистое. Проживание в этом отеле было комфортно.
