The Firenc Pension is situated on a picturesque hill above the beach of Ulcinj, which is one of the oldest cities of the Adriatic coast. The Firenc offers rooms that provide peace and tranquility.
Score from 54 reviews Very good
Perfect location, close to the beach and lady`s beach, 15 minute walk to the old town. Breakfust and dinner are simple good food. Rooms are cheap but clean
wifi is only at common area near reception
The hotel needs to do some renew work
Dinner, pine forest, healthy and silent sleep, good view from room
Breakfast wasn't so good like a dinner, hotel is far from civilization(if you need bank, shop, pharmacy and other goods you need to take a taxi from hotel, fortunately it is cheap and very fast to call) only one restaurant is near and it has mostly fish dishes in menu. Beach on the rocks, not usefull for entering to the sea
Dinners at the restaurant, meat dishes. The delightful view from the building A balconies. The hotel beach is not overcrowded, one can hide from the sun in the shadow of pine trees.
Shabby interior in the room, especially in the bathroom. A cockroach. No Wi-Fi in the room (despite it's being promised) and often far too slow Wi-Fi in the lobby
I wanted to be away from the crowds and overlooking the sea, and hotel was a good location for this purpose but if you want action then this is not the place. The rocky cove beneath the hotel is beautiful to dive for a swim, but during july and august it is obviously very crowded
old hotel from the Yugoslavian days, nothing has been touched ever since. elevators are scary, rooms are poor, breakfast is extremely poor, staff is unhappy and not willing to cooperate… wasted place...
nice environment, pretty beach area.
1)poor condition of room, especially dirty bathroom. 2)unhelpful desk staff. 3)lack of English spoken, and English channels unavailable on ancient TV. 4)Remoteness from the town. Requires taxi to get to stores, buses etc. 5)Other guests on package tours and unable/unwilling to communicate.
The staff is helpful and the view is good, food is OK. Two stars hotel....says all.
The hotel is renovated maybe 30 years ago and thats it , to get ride of the smell will be starting point .....ect ect .....
Everything for that price
Hotel being a bit far from the beach and city center "about a Mile" is good for me to workout
Boaring being far from every thing . Elevator is terrible , net is week , heater is awful and over all , hotel needs care and maintenance
Only what surrounds the hotel and specific lovely pine aromas. We checked-out after one night and did not have any problems with early termination of the stay
-the most horrible rooms I've ever seen along with broken facilities in the bathroom (incl.toilet with dropping water from its tank) -it seems like the hotel from 80s, think that no repairment has been made for many years, especially in the building where we stayed -the poorest breakfast including Yupi instead of juice (I didn't think that such low quality ones exist in Montenegro). -during check-in one of the guests complained that there was no hot water in the room for several days (no rooms to exchange it) P.S. Summarizing mentioned above, the indicated day rates are overestimated for this hotel, after one night in Albatros we checked-out and found rather good hotel in the old city Ulcinj 3 stars with the same rates (additional payment was 10 euro per night in comparative with Albatros).
The location is perfect. Breakfast is good. The hotel's property is very dated, but this time I mark that as a positive, retro, nostalgic, and uncommon. Hotel's been an exceptional long ago and covering large area
The staff is cold, indifferently, no smiles, greetings... plenty of equipment in the rooms does not work
