The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city of Ulcinj. Our room was spacious and like all other rooms it had a beautiful balcony with an amazing view over the sea and the old town. The family running the hotel was very friendly and was available to accommodate all our needs. The breakfast was generously served with a great variety. The hotel which offers great value for money is an ideal place to stay for a couple of days in Ulcinj!

Понравился вид из окна весь город на ладони.Мы были в начале ноября с целью посмотреть самый южный город Черногории. Удобная парковки можно сказать на крыше отеля. До пляжа идти далеко вниз метров 300-400,людям в возрасте будет тяжело. В номере нет отопления поэтому сыро и неприятно.кухня очень маленькая не удобная нет чайника и чашек. Туалетная комната тоже очень маленькая из-за не удобная и нефункциональная.

Super lokalizacja. Blisko centrum jednak na uboczu. Mozna odpoczac a jednoczesnie miec dwa kroki do plazy, sklepow czy restauracji. Ladny widok na morze, cien na balkonie rano I wieczorem takze mozna spojnie sobie usiasc na kawce.... Sniadanka rano swieze I smaczne. Obsluga baardzo mila I pomocna. Obiekt ladnie zrobiony I w pelni monitorowany... Mimo iz Ulcinj I ogolnie czarnogora nas nie urzekly to jednak apartament ijego lokalizacja byly najwiekszym plusem pobytu. Nie to ze nie podobalo, ale parking na dachu malutki I trzeba sie sporo nagimnastykowac zeby tam wjechac takze jak ktos chce codziennie uzywac auta to lepiej stawiac je przy drodze. Przy wymianieposciel przydalo by sie przetrzec podlogi I lazienke. Poza tym same plusy :)

Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une des chambres qui semblait être l'une des moins bien. La chambre était spacieuse mais tout le problème venait de la salle de bain: pas d'eau chaude, minuscule, manque de propreté, odeurs d'égout et reflux des évacuation insupportable. Ceci les autres occupants avait l'air content et le proprio était très sympa!

A szállásról a kilátás gyönyörű, a belváros néhány perc (160 lépcső). A szobák nagyon szépek voltak (kár, hogy a karbantartás már nem erőssége a tulajdonosnak). A tulajdonos szobaként adta ki a saját nappaliját, amit csak egy szekrénysor választott el a többi lakrésztől. (A gyerekei néha bekukucskáltak az ott lakókhoz.) A nappaliban nem volt légkondicionálás, a hőmérséklet éjjel nappal 30 fok feletti volt. A tulaj ezen túl még kifejtette, hogy a nappali terasza már az ő privát szférája, így nem szeretné, ha az ott lakó társainkhoz felmennénk. Ezt az elhelyezést senkinek nem ajánlom! A tulajdonos családja igen mogorva, nem csak köszönni, de még a köszönést fogadni sem képesek. (Magával a főnökkel nincs baj, ő segítőkész.) A szobákban időnként érthetetlen okból csatornaszag van. Takarítás nincs, a WC papírért is külön kell szólni, ha elfogyott.

Très conviviale; petit appartement agréable non loin de Dubrovnik (10' en voiture). Propriétaire très sympa. Situation en bord de route, forte descente pour arriver à la plage.
